I recently started getting into my own fitness, Im 220 but I know I’m overweight probably 50-100 pounds, I started lifting small weights, power walking, jump rope, anything that gets my heart pumping. I’ve always been interested in tai chi, I’ve watched people do it and it looks beautiful and serene. I started watching these videos and I gotta say I was very impressed, great teacher and I definitely felt relaxed, my anxiety melted away and I feel great. I’m definitely going to keep watching all the videos and follow along!

Thank you Peter Chan. I was training when I was little now after many years I started again. My brain remembers the movements but not the body. It was good today to start again.

Hi Professor Chen, thank you. You have a good page. I want to practice the tai chi forms from your videos. Which file do you think I should start with? I only have access to this page. Thank you for answering.😊

Glad you like it. I live in Australia. We do have regular teaching sessions every week at this stage. However, a school or Academy would be something we are planning to do in the future. Please keep an eye on our website if you are interested: www.eastcare.com.au
