Dior Homme Cologne is one of the best citrus fragrances. It's so fresh, natural and uplifting and elegant. And the performance surprised me. The longevity is better then I expected. The next day I still could smell that fresh musky trail on my clothes. Just wonderful for spring and summer.
Dior Homme Cologne is indeed a magnificent smelling Summer fragrance. It's one of my very favorites together with Chanel Allure Edition Blanche EDP, and Mugler Cologne.
I love my Mercedes-Benz Cologne: same realistic scent as the Dior and longer lasting. The 120 ml bottle should last me 3-4 years, but it's a shame that's discontinued and more expensive online atm than the Dior.
Jimmy Choo Man Ice doesn't last that long (4 hours max) and projects that much (1 hour), but it's 3 times cheaper than Dior, smells fantastic and you can buy 3 100ml bottles instead of a single 100ml bottle of Dior Homme Cologne.
Allure Blanche is creamy, has sandalwood and also vanilla, it smells sort of like a lemon pie. It's very elegant and refined, fresh but also has that creaminess. Dior Homme Cologne is not creamy at all, it's just super fresh and citric. Also Fragrantica lists its citric note not being lemon but bergamot, plus grapefruit blossom. So even if citric, it's not exactly lemon. Both are amazingly fresh but I'd say the Dior could be perceived as fresher because it does not have the creaminess as in Edition Blanche.

I just received DHC today 👌😉 After testing them head to head in stores a couple times, I came to the conclusion, that I really didn't enjoy the Man Ice. It had a strange sweetness to it, which I didn't like. On the other hand the DHC had the bitter grape smell, I find really refreshing. Too bad the summer is over for now... 😏
Zara vibrant leather summer or zara vl cologne are best clones in terms of price/quality smell. They are as good as mercedes cologne but cost 10-15 usd which is ridiclously cheap. I actually prefer zaras woody base instead of realistic diors musk.

JC Man Ice is literally, and I do mean this in the literal sense, the weakest performing fragrance I have ever worn. Getting more than an hour out of it is a miracle. The only JC worth getting is JC Man but even that has weak performance. Not nearly as bad as Ice though. It's god-awful for longevity, regardless of your body chemistry. Don't waste your money.
