Not wanting to be a party pooper, but why would anyone try rundown with French Toast. What about fry dumpling, or banana or plantain. But French toast?
lol we normally get fry dumpling or boil food but they offered french toast so why not haha.

The scenery and food look amazing! I've only been to Bahamas, US Virgin Is & St Maarten (just quick shore excursions from a cruise). I'd really like to go to Jamaica :)
Thank you! St. Elizabeth is quite far from the cities (Kingston and Montego Bay - where the airports are located) but it is a very lovely parish. very slow paced.
I hope you get the chance to visit one day.

Please Explore Rose Hall and Annie Palmer’s Great- house. I hear the meals are great there.
I have been there before I had a youtube channel. I am not sure what it is like during covid now. I have gone to Rose Hall for their day and night tour.
I didnt know they serve food there. I will check it out next time.

You should have tried the hike at Lover's Leap. It is challenging - but a great experience. Though I know this is a food vlog - LOL

That salt fish fritters is not what I made. Don't look like it. Its more resemble a dumplin.
I have always know fritters to be flat as well but lately I start to see it round at some restaurants. Maybe to have more filling and meat.

That mackerel rundown looks great with the French toast. I would throw a couple fried eggs on the plate for good measure 😁

@@EatWithTinaChai I'll have to give it a go. I can't make french toast to save my life tho. My ex was a chef, I've tried multiple times. It tastes fine but looks terrible😆
