This video was about material cost alone.Not unit rate.In unit rate,thats where we consider labour costs and overhead and profit.Here we wanted just to know the material cost of an area of say 100m2

Great job Sis, The Volume of sand as calculated at 0.3888*4/5 should be equal to 0.311104. Please reconfirm this.

0.3888 should not be used since it's the density of cement not mortar.
Instead use 1.944
The density of mortar used for sand is different from that used for cement
