I understand not everyone feels sound about this video. And for that I apologize. This was my first time editing in Primmer pro. And I wanted to figure out a way to make sculpting videos more interesting and exciting, so I tried something different. Unfortunately it wasn’t recognized for trying something new because I put a lot of love and work into this video. I’m just a goofy guy messing around on UA-cam. And the fact that you guys expect me to know what I’m doing is quite humbling. So I’ve taken your critiques to heart and implemented them into my newer videos. So thanks for being patient with me while I learn the inns and outs of this dynamic art form. Live long and prosper my friends 🖖
Dude your work are amazing!!!!But something that drove me crazy was that, you advanced and delayed the shot, we couldn't see the progress over time and that made me a bit crazy, but believe me, your work is great.
Not gonna lie I was a bit frustrated by the editing and music but after seeing this I take it back! It’s actually pretty good for you being new, I just thought you were one of the dudes who gets way too carried away. Either way your art is fantastic dude keep up the good work!
Sculpture Odyssey I disagree, I think the music and editing were great! Agree that it would be easier to follow if it flowed from start to finish but it made the sculpt really exciting! Well played
Agreed. Especially the flipping back and forth between stages just confused the hell out of me. And why didn't we get to see the finishing shot? Now I feel like I've watched it all without personal gratification. It looked amazing and I would have loved to see the end result. That said, the editing was great still. Just not what I want to see in an art creation video :).
The editing was really great but personally I felt the switching from beginning stages to end stages to beginning stages to middle stages then back again really disoriented me and distracted from the sculpting.
Yeah I actually took inspiration from HBOs West World. Their editing is more non linear. I wanted to experiment to see if something like this works. No one knows every creative thread we just need space to explore what works.
@@StampedingTortoise Well I really do like the style, you did a very good job on it. If you're going to be keeping this style for the future obviously I would personally prefer no time jumps, but if I'm the minority there's no reason to pander to my likes and dislikes.

Great sculpting skills but video was confusing, timeline should be more clear and it would be nice to see the final of this great work. It just ended without anything. If you remake this editing and use time for final of this sculpture, this would be great!
Nice work. I would recommend watching a few other sculpting videos on how to edit properly. You showed yourself sculpting the same areas many many repeatedly and the music was really bad. Just my opinion though.
Aiden Irvin not really hating, he’s not saying his work is bad lol, he’s just saying he needs to work on the editing, just because someone comments something that isn’t positive or neutral about the video doesn’t mean it’s hate, criticism and hate is different

Why didn’t you start off with the painted eyes? I’m completely ignorant to sculpting so I’m just curious if that was just a change in plans or if that’s what you had planned from the start. Also, did you paint this sculpture or leave it as is?
The art and the artist are the same with the editing to the sculpting. It's an expression, whether it has music or not or if the editing wasn't the greatest. It still reads the same...art at it's purest. You take it at face value and see how it makes you feel or not but that's what art does. It takes you to a place to think and try to figure out how you feel or what the artist was thinking, what he was going thru or what ever. To me the music and editing were great, blended everything smoothly together to make the Joker what he is..radical, controversial, distracting, playful and down right chaotic.
