I also love that you were drawing merchandise while your kids were trying on clothes. I think I also have a small square white royal talens art sketchbook (I'm a bit of a mixed media supply hoarder and sometimes I stash art supplies away like a squirrel and happily find them with surprise later). I might take walks with the small square one and draw stuff I see. It's a great idea to take the small one everywhere. It also helps to see what your travel set is, it's getting me thinking. Thank you so much for the inspiration!
Aren't the Tetons amazing?!! I love that you got all yellow in every size. That's totally something I would do. I just got my first Talens Art Creation Sketchbook in Coral. I think I want to try out some new arteza gouache and also watercolors, various gell pens, fineliners and watercolor crayons. Thanks for sharing your expereince with these sketchbooks and for the tour, I'm inspired!
Yes they are! the Mustard yellow is my favorite color right now. I need to film an update on how they have held up to all the different media I have tried.
