No, he does not need ANY buff.
My thoughts exactly, I think the best way to handle it is to increase the bleed vulnerability, and remove the bleed on dex

I have a r4 awakened and am debating whether to r5 and/or ascend him. I like his can't miss utility as an addition to my roster, because there has been an increasing use of falter nodes. I don't need his damage to be massive if I am using him for the utility, but a damage buff would make him more widely useful.

I took my Bullseye to r3 a while back as well. There's a really fun path in 8.4.5 where the defender takes an absurd amount of block damage when you get to a combo of 15. They also become really annoying so it can be hard to actually hit their block, but if you get it right, you can close fights extremely fast with Bullseye. The first Miles Morales on that path went down in 15 seconds for me. I think I took all but one fight on that path with Bullseye, with many of them going down just as fast. He can be a beast at times.

@@kostchristod7998 I'm not saying he's the only one that can take that path, just that he's pretty insane for it. If you can take down those fights in less than 15 seconds with Valk, I'd love to see it.

@@kostchristod7998 I went back to redo the fight. Clean solo. Then I redid it again, clean solo. Then I redid it again just because, and hey, clean solo five. At least I'm confident saying it wasn't just luck.
I mean, I see what you're saying. Valk handles the node that is supposed to trip you up. I'm sure she's amazing for the path. But to dismiss people's successes with other champions as "just luck" is just dumb.
@@Ercarret also did an invade path with. He's nuts. That sp2 stun through block helped a lot.
I completed 8.4 recently and i got great champw like juggs,bishop,shuri but i have no iso and gold so unfortunately they are sitting at lvl1

I got a skill gem from 8.4 and all I can say is in comparison to the other classes it’s pretty bad not that many options that are actually worth it but I decided on Elsa and she pretty good one
Nah there's pretty good options like bullseye mantis black cat killmonger and korg
@@koraboinaneelaveni7147 killmonger korg both need awakening and bullseye is also pretty good but only in titan for now that leaves us with black cat who can do her job just as well at rank 2 so mantis is the only one who needs that extra damage

I got a tech gem 2 weeks after necro dropped and got a tech gem i waited till 8.4 for me to finally get a good tech didnt happen and i took guilly 99 to rank and shes pretty good

the solution offensively is make his crits.. hit like crits 😂😂
his damage is hot garbage because his damage is like groots base damage.. but without the benefit of critting once every 3-4 hits.
building up to 3 bars of power to do 300k hp is insanely bad. he is the worst offensive champion that has been released since probably mysterio or mephisto.
