amen sis! i hit other thrift stores, yard sales and market place! just remember you can still higher quality piece in the long run! my goodwill is wild they charge and arm and a leg fot junk and then they charge next to nothing for good stuff,,

Tray, cutting board/book holder, mirror frame, wood bowl with candle. That metal vase would make a great lamp base with a light in the bottom section as well. Kudos to your 5 year old videographer!!

Just found your channel. You have a delicate touch with colors. Thanks for the inspiration.
You can also do dark or black wax over your white pieces to give an amazing vintage look. Just remember to seal with either clear wax first or a top coat before using the colored wax so that you can manipulate the wax better and wipe it back much easier 💞

I love all of your DIY's. Most of all the frame that you made to mount your mirrors on. It would be awesome all by it's self ! The whole mirror project is fab. Mirrors like yours would probably sell for $ 100.00 or more at any of the high end stores.

Thanks for the tray idea. I've had mine for a year and never thought about redoing it. Love how yours turned out.
My husband taught me that trick also with using the base coat to prevent bleeding and it has been a lifesaver when it comes to crafting. When he first told me about it I thought he was insane! But it works!!

The top of your little house when you look down it looks like you've got a chimney there where that hole was that the light bulb was in so it doesn't make no difference it's still very cute I love

You have such a wonderful vision for your projects! Everything turned out perfect!
With the textured paint on the bottles... add more texture and then let the paint dry thoroughly. Then take clear wax and seal the bottles with clear wax and wipe off excess. Then go in with white wax. Make sure to get in all the nooks and crannies with the white wax, load it on. Then wipe it back off of the high points. The white wax will bit in the textured areas and create the most stunning look 😍 I love doing this over a blue or a green. It literally is breathtaking!

Great iPad holder so you can view recipes while cooking. I would add a piece of clear vinyl that would drape over whichever way you want to view. Also, add a dowel or fir strip to the bottom of the clear vinyl. This will prevent curling and will add a bit of crispness to viewing the iPad when in protective mode, clear vinyl draped to the front.

Try using a mod podge or some sort of clear sealant over it!
Silicone finger guards. I found them at The Dpllar Tree. Have found them on Amazon as well.

Be careful with the bowl candles they need a fire retardant coat. I only know this because I have a candle business.
