Great video!! Gotta love those old dozers. Nice to see people restoring them and still using them. They don’t make them like they used to for sure. Keep up the good work.
I have several old machines. I can’t say I restore them. I’m leaving that to others. I like to recover and make them good to operate. I do use the machines on my property.
@ That’s awesome!! They deserve to be kept running for sure. Your video really hit home as we are doing an undercarriage on a D8K right now. We use it on our farm. I could feel your struggles as I watched the video. Thanks for sharing and look forward to the next video.
Well I just stopped by to see how you were doing. looks like you got her going your way! nice job! nothing fancy, just hand tools will power and a little help from the good Lord!

I totally love working on rusty worn out retired machines.
Heavy duty type of work.
In a lot of ways heavy duty mechanics is easier than automotive.
I've fixed a lot of them in my life
The track frames on this cat have been fixed a few times. Mostly with a cutting torch and welder. I’m sure you’ve seen that a few times
If you can get some AR stock
You got me there. Not sure what AR stock is.
