In the manga he has so called "demon form" which if he activates it = meaning you angered ippo which is really really really REALLY rare sight, ur done. In the manga when "demon ippo" first appeared he slapped a dude that fast and hard he went flying, and if it was a punch the dude would've been dead FOR SURE.
I mean, after being bullied his entire shit at his own anime this is fair as hell.

With my limited ippo experience after the fixes, if you do a full m1 combo, dash to follow them then immediately press gazelle punch, it's a guaranteed hit. It should work unless they changed it in the last 3 days.

a combo you can do with ippo is m1 3 times run back a little bit sense your opponent will still be stunned use gazelle punch to knock them back dash up to them then use liver blow or an assist into a few more m1s then liver blow but they will most likely have evasive bar

One time I played against a hippo (ippo) player and I was using cell at the time. They had got mad at me cuz I killed them so they used their lit and I ran to stall their timer, they called me a scaredy-cat but if you ask me maybe they should get gud cuz hippos dash makes him so much faster than me.
