That’s some really good quality ball striking. These drills get you hitting a lot of balls. Great work
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
No idea what you said. The hitting was too mesmerizing 😮👏
Loved this vid, Cade, thanks! Seems like those are some good drills regardless of your level.
Most definitely!
This was a fantastic video, Cade--thanks! Loved seeing the drills you guys use a lot. I'd love to see more content like this!
Thanks Matt! Glad you liked it.
Great Vid!!!
Thanks and glad you liked it!
Thank you!👏🏽🙏🏽
Height and depth... I like it! I don't focus on that enough...
Extra height and depth never hurt anyone 😁 Thanks for watching
Thanks for sharing! Great to see this practice routine as it gives me ideas for mine. One piece of constructive feedback: would be good to normalize audio levels between segments. I found myself continuously turning up volume during your voice overs and quickly turning it down once it got back to play.
I wish club players knew how to do mini tennis. It's the best way to get a feel for the ball, warm up the hands, get the feet moving, and wake up the eyes. I can't warm up well without it, but so many club players stand inside the box, or they take full swings, etc. Very frustrating.
hahah very true!
Love your videos,
I am thinking of buying new rscket. Would you buy a Wilson Blade V8 16x19 Roland Garros for 179 USD or Pure Aero 98 for regular price.
I am currently using Prince Warrior 100 ESP from 2014 and play with lots of spin and power .
I have had elbow pain issues in the past when using Wilson Burn 100s.
Or would you reccomend me something different
I recommend demoing stuff as that is priorty 1 imo. I would try a clash and blade.
Hi have a question do you practice once a day and than fitness or do you play twice? Do you know if it depends on school to school ? thank you
Hey! I am always playing once a day. Fitness differs depending on the workout. Sometimes before sometimes after. A normal day is practice and fitness after.
@@MPTennis Thank you. So hou play about 2 hours every day?
Yes about that.@@stick5996
This is what a warm up looks like at high school tennis from what i've seen
