Xano Droid I think block would be more reasonable
Even if I'm not throwing the rock back with deflect, I should still be able to avoid taking damage and being stunned by it when using deflect. It's solid matter. It's not even a beam like Zarya or Sym's primary fire. Genji should be able to deflect it and the fact that he can't is a little dumb.
The Impressionist exactly genji can deflect sound waves and fire why not a big rock

That guy was right the better genji won
He's going to have to get used to the damage break points as well. I noticed he got two headshots on a squishy first fight of second round. If that wasn't the Mei, he could've dash melee killed it.

The spread of secondary fire change from 12 to 9 is huuuuge
As a zen, a big part of defending myself against genji is baiting deflect. Now i have to rely solely on him missing me at close range.... oh, wait, his secondary fire spread was reduced and damage was increased? Might as well switch off zen the second i see a genji
Yeah, how do you think Genji players felt the first time Brig was introduced? Overwatch is a game of counters.
I don't get why ppl keep thinking only genji can counter zen? He has many counters behind due to his big hitbox like tracer mccree etc. Zennyata was always about getting a good position behind your tanks and a good communication with your team members. Nothing changed with him and genji
@@TheImpressionist081618 ya? And look at how heavily they nerfed her, then gave her a total rework (witch severely nerfed her self sustainability in a fight even more). Genji is near impossible for the supports to stop unless one of them switches to brig or you can get a dps/tank to peel for you.
@@-LAH really funny thing, supports can SWITCH heroes too.. i know, mind blown.
On a side note, zen has one of the best defensive ults in the game that counters MORE than a few offensive ults.
Enemy team has a soldier, his visor is useless against Transcendence. Enemy has a reaper, pharah, hanzo, zaria, hammond, sigma, mei, genji (and im sure there are a few im forgetting) their ults are useless against zenyatta's transcendence.
@@liftysy3762 nobody thinks genji is the only counter, i don't even know how you got that impression from my post? i merely said that genji was strong enough already before this buff. Not to mention, since brig (the only support that can reliably defend against flankers) is getting nerfed AGAIN, making this genji buff THAT MUCH STRONGER, zen or ana will be that much more pointless of a pick, since they are the most diveable supports.
The last time I was this early, I wasn't living...

I main Ashe and genji, I wanna be a genji main but Ashe is just better sometimes but this new update really makes him more balanced and I love it, he is still not overpowered
Low elo will suffer a lot from this.
Low elo already suffers from Pharah Mercy. Low elo has always suffered and will continue to suffer because of the people who inhabit it. Adding a little fuel to the dumpster fire is just par for the course at this point.

Zen is only dead if the enemy has a Genji. Additionally, if that's the case, then the Zen playstyle will have to change. Position with your tanks. Just because you're countered by a hero doesn't mean your team can't counter them back.

Why he play like default silver gengo?
If his Deflect could atleast block beams and other attacks hes be a much better pick.
Even as a Genji main with a lot of pent up frustration, I still think that would be a bit unfair. I've gotten used to having certain counters, just like the rest of the hero roster. While I think there should be some changes to how Genji is affected by CC effects, the beams are still a necessary evil.
