I just love Michael Singer! He makes so much sense and his positivity is infectious. Life is just a series of experiences, and it's up to me to go with them and enjoy them, love them, or decide to make value judgements that some of them are enjoyable and others not. But my true Self is ecstasy, bliss. So I don't need to find ecstasy or bliss from things out there. They just are what they are - like the weather! Thank you and be blessed!

I had no idea why sometimes MS teachings were meaningful and helpful or why I would stop practicing these steps, etc until I stumbled upon the concept of “parts”. This was a huge revelation and answered my questions about why I wasn’t always on the path I intended to be on.
