O que houve sobre a situação do filho da empregada foi que; Mirtes que era empregada domestica, como muitos outros brasileiros, não pôde parar suas atividades durante a pandemia, e no fatídico dia 02/06/2020 ela precisou levar o seu filho ao seu trabalho pois não tinha com quem deixa-lo, e a pedidos da sua patroa Sarí, Mirtes foi passear com os cachorros da patroa e deixou o filho de cinco anos Miguel aos cuidados de sua patroa, no apartamento, minutos depois à saída de Mirtes, Miguel começa a chorar pedindo por sua mãe e Sarí aborrecida com o choro da criança, pega o menino de 5 anos e o coloca sozinho no elevador para que ele vá atrás de sua mãe, por sua vez o menino que não sabia utilizar o elevador acaba se perdendo e descendo do elevador no 9º andar onde ele não avista sua mãe e num ato de desespero ele escala uma grade, na área dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado, que fica na ala comum do andar, fora dos apartamentos, e cai do 9º andar do prédio, a patroa chegou a ser presa, mas pagou 20 mil reais de fiança e foi liberada pouco depois de ser presa, como Lord(primeiro a cantar no Favela vive 4) cita na musica também falando sobre o caso "Tratamento diferenciado e é liberada e o preço pago é 20 mil na vida favelada"

Só um anexo, depois do caso foi descoberto que a empregada era contrata de forma ilegal sem saber, a patroa era esposa de um politico que contratava a Mirtes com dinheiro publico de forma irregular, inclusive pela Patroa ser esposa de politico e ser rica a midia quase não veiculou o nome dela nas materias sobre o assunto

Sobre as Unidades de Polícia Pacificadoras (UPP), elas são vendidas como a forma de garantir a segurança nas áreas dominadas pelo tráfico nas favelas, ou seja, na guerra às drogas. Mas na verdade ela foi mais um instrumento de aumentar o controle social sobre essas pessoas faveladas. Os indices de letalidade policial aumentaram nas comunidades que tinham UPP no Rio de Janeiro, agora através de ocupação militar permanente

Aproveito pra dizer o seguinte: essa letalidade absurda no Brasil se dá, principalmente, por que tem população em excesso, na visão dos políticas . Como a economia do país gira em torno da exportação de produtos primários, ela não é muito industrializada e por isso há pouco emprego disponível, de modo que boa parte da população não entra no circuito econômico. É por isso que matam tanto, porque parte da população é desnecessária à economia do país e , do contrário, gera gastos com programas sociais. Por isso que temos uma polícia tão letal (é a única polícia do mundo que tem treinamento e armamento militar, ou seja, de guerra, pra usar contra sua própria população e não para controle de território), por isso que o Presidente fez de tudo para utilizar da pandemia para matar o maior número de pessoas que ele conseguisse. A letalidade da polícia está ligada ao racismo, mas também à forma específica que a economia do país possui
Importante ressaltar que as UPPs foram essenciais para o aumento desenfreado das milícias no Rio de Janeiro.

The Police Pacification Units are part of an governamental plan that started in 2008, basically they invaded the favelas that where dominated by the drug trafic with the army and all special units you could imagine, after that they build these Police Pacification Units inside the favela, but at the moment, most of these favelas are occupied again by drug trafic and militia. The Units continue there, and the only they make for favela is shotings, between criminals and police, and the police that is sent to those units is poor assisted, equiped and trained, most of the times is from the favela too, with the same struggles.

Teve um caso sim de uma patroa que mandou a empregada ir passear com o cachorro. O filho da empregada ficou aos cuidados da patroa. A patroa não se importou com a criança e a criança acabou caindo no vão do elevador e morreu. E ela era uma pessoa importante na política da cidade.
A criança não caiu da janela? Aquela patroa que botou a criança no elevador e apertou qualquer andar? Não sei se é o mesmo caso, mas esse a mulher também era influente.

O problema ao meu ver desse caso, foi que a patroa conhecia bem o filho da empregada, e sabia como era seu comportamento, talvez imperativo e agitado. Ele tinha 5 anos, e talvez não tivesse desenvolvido bem sua consciência ainda, e o fato é que a 'patroa' teve um certo desprezo naquela hora, praticou um abandono de incapaz, obrigou o menino a se virar sozinho o abandando-lhe. E ele escalou uma grade de proteção pequena, que não era telada, que abrigava os condensadores de ar. Triste.

Sobre o que você falou no início do vídeo, tem muitas músicas de rap que eu não conhecia e conheci nos seus vídeos. Essa por exemplo é uma que eu nunca ouvi. I know it's been a while since you recorded this react, but I'll answer one of your questions. The one about UPPs. (Yes, I kind of discovered your channel today haha my boyfriend recommended it to me, he loves your videos.) Let's go... I used to live in a favela that was dominated by the CV (Comando Vermelho), when Brazil hosted the Olympics many of these UPPs were created to give a false sense of security to the foreigners visiting the country. The result, most of the time, was disastrous...
For example: They put a UPP in Jacarezinho, but that doesn't eliminate crime, it just makes the local faction establish itself elsewhere. It was during these movements that the terceiros (the people from the Third Command) invaded my favela. This caused absurd chaos 'cause suddenly we had conflicts and shootings all the time over territory. I ended up having to move after that, but it was horrible while it lasted. I saw friends dying, getting involved in drug trafficking, getting arrested... People I know who are still there say that it has improved a lot nowadays, I would like to visit my old neighborhood someday. This is a first-hand account from someone who saw the horror that these UPPs caused
Many people think that complaining about police action is the same as defending factions or drug dealers, but that's not true. What they (the police) do is separate groups and force rivals to come together. The same logic, obviously to the appropriate extent, of what was done to various indigenous and African nations. They disorganize existing societies, destabilize communities, and break bonds between people in the community to maintain control

A Unidade de Polícia Pacificadora (UPP) é um projeto de "pacificação" nas favelas do Rio de Janeiro. A proposta era colocar bases comunitárias dentro das periferias pra desarticular o crime organizado. E surgem dois problemas. Muitas dessas comunidades passaram a sofrer com ainda mais repressão policial. O número de chacinas e ações violentas da polícia do Rio de Janeiro tem crescido nos últimos anos. E o segundo problema é que muitas milícias cariocas são formada por polícias.

The songs theme: I haven't really seen any deeper explanation on the main theme of the song, but I think your theory that's about the disparity of the inside and outside favela environments it's pretty good, specially because it was made after the coronavirus pandemic really hit Brazil and deeply worsened the already existing social/economical differences (along with the presidents shitty deeds)
About the UPPs: the Pacifying Police Units are police's bases that were set up in the favelas to "mantain peace". The name is also used to talk about the larger operation and policie carried out, as far as I know, only in Rio de Janeiro wich sought to solve the violence problems in the state (one of the most violent ones in Brazil and simbol of this kind of "drug lords in favelas" situation). The policie was basically a full-war treatment, with thousands of military and police soldiers, helicopters, "caveirões" (a tank adapted to the hills of the favela whose name literally translates to "big skull", because how many people die in and out of it. this name is used by the police itself) and all kind of heavy artillery being used to invade the favelas and kill as many criminals as possible. The words were very well chosen and are meant to say what actually happened.
No need to say that the plan went extremely wrong. The criminals who got away simply dominated others areas and are now way more violent, the program was heavily underfunded and started to not be able to hold the gangs, what opened space for the corrupt part of the police (known mainly as "milícias" in Rio, and a very big part of the troops) to overtake and create criminal organizations that rule the favelas and other poor areas in brutal ways that many consider even worse than what the drug lords used to do.
About the cleaner's dother who was murdered by the woman's boss: That was another very emblematic case in Brazil wich didn't really got us anywhere. The woman's name was Mirtes Renata, and she worked for the family of a mayor in the northeast area of Brazil. She had to take her son, aged 5, to work because had no one to leave him with, and, when she went out to walk the mayor's dogs, the kid stayed home with only the mayor's wife as his caretaker. But the wife basically didn't give a shit about the boy and didn't even care, or maybe even realized, when he started looking for his mother all around the building. The kid got in the elevator and ended up in the ninth flor, where he climbed a fence, probably trying to reach his mother who he may have seen on the street below, tripped and fell on the street, dying instantly. She paid a fine of 20 thousand reais to answer in freedom, and was later exonerated because, according to the judge, she didn't have the legal responsibillity over the boy.
The kid's name is Miguel Otávio Santana da Silva.

The Police Pacification Unit (UPP for short), is a project made on the state of Rio de Janeiro which basically consists of mini military police departments placed in the most dangerous favelas (mostly in the capital), and the units are heavily armored.
In one way, their presence did do, in the beggining, a big change on the communities sense of peace, the drug dealers stopped messing around so much and shootings got less often. But later on, the drug dealers fought back and then the presence of UPPs became a symbol of violence. In some communities they've been engaging in shootings frequently, and they are very known for their truculence to "get what they need". The most famous fact you need to know, the Amarildo case, is an episode where in 2013 a bricklayer named Amarildo is called to be present in a UPP to answer questions and later went missing in a very suspicious way. It became a national motion, with many public demonstrations and protests, and media coverage throughout weeks, and broguht the motto "Where's Amarildo?" (Cadê o Amarildo?) which is often used in rap songs.
