This is why I can never hate Sue even though she's portrayed as the "villain". She actually has so many heartwarming moments. And she is funny and tbh I love her insults.
What Sue Sylvester did was thoughtful and awesome, why she persuaded the principle to reinstate William Schuster and his class because she wants to continue her rivalry against them, feeling it isn't enough, not the finish line just yet and wants to do more against them.
I feel that people love Sue because although she can be an evil bitch, she does have a heart. If she was nice all the time, people might like her but she wouldn't be as good of a character. I think it's more of the shock factor, like she can say the meanest things, but then do something amazing and that gets people to say 'Wow! She's actually a really good person.'.

There have been storyline that made no sense and storyline that made me go even though she has a witch attitude she does have a heart and there are times when u can tell she's serious and when she is joking this is one of those times were she genuinely is serious she sees the work he is doing
Honestly, if Will wanted to get under Sue's skin, all he had to do was be overly nice to her. She'd hate it every time. Sue just gets off on fighting. Lmao
