Pragmatically? No. Technically? Yes...if you somehow managed to save up 38,400 crafting materials... To put it in perspective, I haven't spent a cent on this game in the 1,538 hours I've put in. I have a little over 12k crafting materials which would let me buy the entire epic tier (12 of the 24) for free. I'd still have to buy the two bundles to clear the remaining 12 legendaries (the 2 skins + 10 loot boxes = 12) which would be 7,500 Apex Coins which would cost $69.99 (6,700 + 1000). Putting it bluntly...you're not going to get a prestige skin for free unless you've been playing and hoarding materials since the game came out.
