I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living outside the Philippines due to job assignment. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my UA-cam Channel and my full-time job as an engineer.
I was a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our choral group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
I was the Glee Club president and was a trainer for various singing competitions when I was in the university - all these were humbling experiences for me.
WHAT IS THE GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others may actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.
I have come to a point of trying to find a greater purpose in life, something beyond just being happy for a moment. Happiness in life is more meaningful if we choose to be useful, be honorable, be compassionate, and make a difference.

Dul is Ahmad Dhani's son..founder of Dewa 19, a legend band in Indonesia..that song written by Ahmad Dhani..one of everlasting love songs ever coz until now that song still sang by many people..Ahmad Dhani also performed at that night..he sat on the left chair wearing hat..and Ari Lasso (the man who sat on right side wearing glasses) was the vocalist of Dewa 19 and he was the original singer of that song..

She's feel the lyrics. she really miss her sister because the sister is sick and have to go to hospital also miss her friends and parents. She have a positive character. And the title of this song is Kangen ( miss ) from Dewa 19.

And why she cry at last of this song? Cz she missed family,friends,and actually her young brother that was sick
So this song is the song from Dewa 19, a band that was led by Ahmad Dhani (the judge with the hat) with Ari Lasso as the lead vocal at that time.
The interesting is that Maia Estianty (the lady judge with short hair) is the ex wife of Ahmad Dhani, and Dul Jaelani (the young man at the piano) is their youngest son.
Tiara looked emotional because she missed her family. She was gorgeous with beautiful voice.
Nephi please continue the comment of the judges after Tiara finished her first performance, because she will be asked by Rossa for the second time to sing the chorus only of the song, and that was even more beautiful.

Did you see the jury who wear a big fur hat? That is Ahmad Dany a big music composer in Indonesia with his famous band : DEWA.
He is the one who made & composed the song for DEWA and was sang by Ari Laso ( AL was one of the vocalist in band Dewa) and the man who played the piano is Doel his son.

Thank you so much Bro Nephi for reaction this video. I have been waited entire week, and finally when I woke up in this morning you already react this video. Fyi, Kangen same mean with miss, so why she is cry, because she is miss her family and her brother is sick at hospital before her performance. The singer of this song is Ari Lasso, one of the jugde with glasses, and the writer song Dewa (god) band especially Ahmad Dhani one of the judge with hat, and his Son is Adul as pianist. Ahmad Dhani said this version/remake is one of the best version of this song, which is Ahmad Dhani can’t do it since 1992. You can compare this song between Ahmad Dani’s and Tiara’s version.
The emotional part is when she sing the song and the lyrics Aku Akan Pulang (I Will Back Home)

the guy who plays the piano in front is the son of a jury. his father is on the far left with a fur hat (which created the song), while his mother is on the right with the shortest hair. they have separated, and the father created the song inspired by his wife while still together.

The guy with the fur hat is actually the songwriter and the guy with the glasses is the original singer of this song and was at the same band, so legendary band called "DEWA 19" and they both love her voice and the arrangement that shes made to this song, you probably want to check the original song cause the guy with the glasses actually sing this song at a really really high note too.

This song was very famous in the early 90's written and performed by the fenomenal legendary band named Dewa19. The vocalist was Ari Lasso and Ari is now one of the judges here in the competition, for normal people it would be a high pressure to sing a song right in front of the original singer, but i don't see any serious problem with Tiara's performance, she's really good, besides she's really beautiful. Lol!
