Query: Once this process is completed & we obtained a Form 15G pdf receipt, I noticed that Nature of income is mentioned as 'Interest under 194A'. However, 'Estimated income' & 'Declarant signature' are missing -> Does this process need to be completed by personally visiting the branch OR since it has been filed online, the process is complete without these 2 entries ? Remember, in public sector banks, it is a big pain to visit banks to submit Form 15G, I hope this is solved by HDFC..

My wife is not able to submit 15G for her fixed deposit. She owns FD. She is getting following message. "The Online submission of Form 15G/H is only available for individuals with accounts in single name and joint FDs and RDs where the customer is the First Holder. Form 15G/H already submitted for a particular FD and RD in the current Financial Year will not reflect during subsequent submissions in the same Financial Year."
