After doing this initial review, I added 8 drops of water, and that opened up the aromas quite a bit! More caramel & butterscotch on the nose, and those spice notes toned down some…
On the palate, water softened those spice notes (they’re still in the forefront), and played up the cacao notes. Texture started to evaporate into almost powder like on the finish… overall a great pour! I’ll definitely be trying another one
