I had a dream last night of a guy I didn’t know in real life, but he was a police sergeant and really handsome, I still remember what he looked like. His brother died, i knew his parents before I knew him, and I woke up like wow I felt true butterflies in this dream. I’ve never really had a dream like this. It wasn’t sexual but we went to a ice cream shop and swam in a lake. It felt so stimulating. I wanted it to be real so badly. It felt like love at first sight and got along with him effortlessly. I dream about a old love I haven't seen or had contact with in 15 years. We were separated against our will because her Mormon family would not allow her to marry me. So they sent her to Utah to separate her from me. She didn't want to go but she was controlled by them.
For years I've had dreams about her crying for help and me coming to rescue her. But each time she gets caught and when she's caught she surrenders to them and stays. It's like trying to break her out of a prison or military base. It's very intense.
The problem is I NEVER think about her during the day. I let go and got over it years ago. But she always haunts my sleep. Last night I had one so vivid and real that I'm phsically shaken from it today. Once again she was all ready to go and at the last second her family and Mormon cult found out and stopped her. Suddenly a big crowd started cheering and chanting " go get her"!!!. All I could do is say sorry I can't do it. There isn't a way.
The only thing I can figure is all these years later she is still unhappy and controlled by her family, church, and current husband. She wants to run by doesn't have the courage. This is total conjecture on my part because I have no clue. She is the type who won't fight for herself and she is submissive to others. But these dreams drive me nuts. I haven't heard from her in many years and I don't know anything about her life.
She was my first love and me her first love. It's been 15 years now. But these dreams are so vivid and so often that something real must be up. I have no way of finding out so guess I'll just have to deal with it

@Star Baby I had no idea you commented on my post until now. The funny thing is I just had another one of these dreams about her. She came for help and I failed again. So I was watching videos trying to make sense of it again and found you had commented here a few days ago. My original post is 7 months old. I have this dream every few months and it always ends the same. But it’s good to come back here and see a record of my last dream. They really do happen over and over again and here is the evidence. If I hadn’t had the dream again last night I woulda never saw you left a comment .

Why am I dreaming of a different guy I don't know every night... I am not even dating but do want love. Hey everyone. Love and light to all!! I desperately need some advice.. I met this guy around 2.5-3yrs ago, and we were semi seeing each other. About 3-4 times maximum. And then there was a block in the connection, and he began coming across disinterested in me but I felt and still feel, he was just scared of the connection. So please, help me interpret this dream.
