Ang kailangan irehistro ay ang business name sa DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) at Business permit or Mayors permit sa City hall kung nasaang city ka. Requirements po yun. Ang Brand naman ay sa Intellectual property office nirerehistro ( optional lang) but highly suggested.
