So...nice pool, but it had some defects with the liner not attached in places and it had no cover on the pool. It also had some unfinished electrical wiring on the pool deck. It also didn't have a no-slip finish on the stairs. Did I miss anything?
If the customer is paying extra for a pool & spa inspection, do you find it necessary to always enter the pool? Or could fully inspection the pool & spa without having to get inside?
I'd find it necessary to get someone out there who actually knows a pool and what they're looking at so they don't get people hurt or they mis something that could have been negotiated at purchase. I hate to break it to you all, if you have never worked on any aspect of a pool in some regard you really have no business inspecting a pool. Even home inspectors with their own pools think theyre experts. Not even close. A check list wont help your clients who deserve a real Pool Inspection. Leave it to a Home Inspection group to find the SIMPILEST way to have ANYONE inspect a pool using the generic checklist because with enough questions and answers it looks official.
And this is what you get when you have a "generically trained" home inspector / new inspector inspect YOUR new pool ! Get Your discounted "Certified" Pool Inspection TODAY! If you dont know why care ?!
Would you recommend entering the pool like in the video? 😂 great vid

Also...no hose bib near the pool.
Also no lights I think

Good inspection , however does the chain link fence and wrought iron interior fencing meet the local existing codes.
Thanks for watching and commenting.

Ha. I love jumping in! I like getting involved and hands-on with my work. 😉
Walk the roof, walk the pool; basically the same

I have no idea what you're saying.
I don't always swim in customers pools, but when I do I wear my company branded swim shorts...
You caught that!
