James been watching your videos for 5 years now and also being a Business owner of multiple shops in.🇿🇦 my fiance says im obsessed with you I don't give her time when I get off from work instead i turn the tv on and watch James sinclair 😂i want to know who were your top 3 entrepreneurs who you were listening to in terms of business knowledge. Who did you look up to top 3
As others have mentioned, an MBA is very impressive if you work in the large corporate sector. If you want to make big money invest in yourself, be entrepreneurial and follow James’ advice. You’ll never learn better than on the job and there a plenty of multi millionaires…., in fact I’d declare there are more millionaires created from SME’s than any other sector.
Great insights on the profitability strategy; it really breaks it down. One key tactic often overlooked is optimizing operational efficiency by regularly auditing processes to cut unnecessary expenses. This can boost net profits without increasing sales. It's like fine-tuning an engine to get the best performance.
You’re a good man James, it takes a special kind of person to share genuinely great advice. I have met loads of successful business owners and not all wish to help others Thank you
It seems wages are overall much lower in the UK vs densely populated states in the US. It's really tough finding retail food locations here to purchase that can support the rising wages without an owner operator. Not impossible but tough.
Great video! Insightful I’m currently where your at 3.5 years ago with my businesses & as we continue to acquire other companies it’s interesting to see your insights on the matter.
I've done this via M&A 3 times now, the first few months or years depending on the size are not profitable as I'm using the profits to pay back my investors (who gave me the money to acquire)
How do you find great management teams when you are first starting out? I feel this is the biggest hurdle to get over mentally. I have found countless businesses that I would love to purchase, however, I find myself stumped when I think about the day to day operations.
Absolutely brilliant video James, you should 100% do motivational speaking if you haven’t already 😅 I’d love to get into owning my own business but honestly don’t know how to start 😢
I speak at ton of events and conferences, all details on my website jamessinclair.net I’m also doing a theatre show with the podcast, in London, on the 10th of June.
James giving us free MBA through the university of UA-cam, thanks Prof.

Your content is so good and educational that I'm a strong believer that UA-cam premium is an allowable business expense because of you 😂
