@@zackps3YTwell rolling allows you to achieve a maximum of 30hz, but it's usually around 20-30 pretty consistently. Hypertapping is around 11-25 hz i believe, with fast tappers able to get 15-20hz pretty consistently.

Rolling is WAY FASTER than Hypertapping. I believe that 30 Hz a second is considered Rolling, but 11-30 is Hypertapping.
