🎥 Happy Saturday! Back in the studio for a full Studio Saturday, and it was definitely a day to remember.
🚂 The train tried to slow me down, but we still made it on time!
❤️ Had a heart-to-heart with a client about being BIPOC and the fear we are living in today-such a real and deep conversation.
❄️ Then… disaster struck. I had a freezer mishap and lost everything in my studio freezer. 😩 But the day wasn’t all bad-I stopped by the value store and found gluten-free Real Good Food nuggets, which totally made my day! 🙌

Thank God for growth! Our reactions can sometimes cause us to repeat the test,the situation and I do not like repeating lol.. So growth has taught me Chill,think,is it even worth it? Is there a reason,is there a lesson? God, what are you trying to tell me, reveal?
