Remember: We were created to be companions and share our lives with him. Most of us spend so much time chasing things of this world that will mean NOTHING to us in a few short years when we take our last breath and go into eternity. As the angel told Daniel in Dan. 12, there is only 1 reason why ppl in the last days won't understand scripture: they are wicked. That's what it boils down to. It is written in Psa. 111:10 that a person who lives by God's commandments will have the understanding. The Bible can't be understood simply by reading it like it's just another book. If you don't understand, it's because you're not living by God's commandments.

Wow, I have to say at first, I was surprised to come across your comment. But when it comes to GOD, there is really know surprises. You see, I was a smoker as well. I have always wanted to quit. I thought I enjoyed it to relax. I get off work come home have a few beers and a few smokes. For me, that was last year on Dec 6. I have not had a smoke of any kind since. So, I decided to let GOD take over for me. I have learned to let go. Now, I do still drink my beer and it is not to be drunk but to relax. Excuses, yes, I get it. Just pray and GOD will help, and you know HE will. Amen to you.
I’m growing my faith with the lord as much as I can. I’ve had a traumatic childhood and I’ve learned lessons and now that I’m older I always prepare for the worse and I know I need to give all my worries and stress to the lord, and I know this is the devil trying to get in my head but I fear for being too much for the lord. And I know nothing is too much for the lord I know the lord wants me to turn to him and I do all the time it just feels like the devil keeps trying to tell me I’m a burden for the lord. Hello, I understand you, that happened to me when I was a kid around 13 to 15. I suffered for 2 years. Now I am 17 and I dont have the voice in my head anymore. I left the voice in my head through video games, basketball, hanging out with my friends and also praying to God. If you aren't baptized, you should be baptized. Baptizing helped me a lot, I mean a looooottt. You can do those if you want. Also read the Bible, it helps you. The devil attacks you because you are too close to God, and God has big plans for you and the devil is trying to break the plan that God has for you. Stay strong my brother, you aren't alone, don't be afraid because God is with you and is always with you.
I've always wondered if the two who appeared with Jesus at His transfiguration were Enoch and Elijah, not Moses and Elijah. Yes, Enoch and Elijah could be the two faithful witnesses, but we won't know unless the Lord reveals it to us. Great topic!
True; however, Jesus was the fulfillment of the law and the prophets. Neither of which has anything to do with Enoch. I suspect the two witnesses will be Moses and Elijah for two main reasons: 1) the things the two do in Revelation during the time of the tribulation are what these two did during their ministry. 2) the Israelites will start the sacrifice system again to follow the law once more - who better to be on earth than the one God gave the law to? Additionally, even though there is one verse people pull out of context; it is appointed unto man to die and after this the judgment. So people assume Enoch and Elijah so Enoch will finally die. Yet, there are plenty of people that died and were resurrected to die again - many at the hand of Jesus Himself.

In Hebrews 11 explains , Enoch one of the righteous men that died and has yet to received the promise, Elijah died as well it goes back to the original sin, god told Adam and Eve if ate the fruit from the forbidden tree, that they would surly die. Hence we all die until we are resurrected at the second coming of Christ
In Enoch, God showed a precedence for supporting His will for the perfect man to live forever as long as they abide in and with Him till the end, which was the case with Enoch. Elijah didn’t finish his walk with God and renege on his commission to bring Israel back to God. This was finished in John Malachi 4:6; Luke 1:17. With God, all things are possible!

I believe there is so much missing in the Bible with regards to Enoch. He was obviously viewed very favorably in God's eye yet so little is actually mentioned about him. We are missing very important details about him.
John the baptist is Elijah, who came to proclaim Jesus as the Messiah.... Matthew 11:12-14 NKJV [12] And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. [13] For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. [14] And if you are willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. Matthew 17:11-13 NKJV [11] Jesus answered and said to them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first and will restore all things. [12] But I say to you that Elijah has come already, and they did not know him but did to him whatever they wished. Likewise the Son of Man is also about to suffer at their hands.” [13] Then the disciples understood that He spoke to them of John the Baptist.
The difference between Enoch and Elijah and the other prophets is that they (Enoch & Elijah) have not been reported to have committed anything to upset God in all their earthly experience, whereas the others, even (king) David or Moses, have had instances where God (for whatever they did) was not pleased with their conduct.

I believe God will send Elijah back as one of the 2 witnesses because in Malachi 4:5 as it is written, "Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful Day of the Lord." Just as God reserves the 4 fallen angels under the Euphrates river to be released (Rev. 9:14), I believe God raptured up Enoch and Elijah to be reserved for the last half of the 7 year tribulation to prophesy (1260 days) as spoken of in (Rev. 11) til they are allowed to be killed and left in the street for 3 days, then brought back to life and resurrected for the whole world to see.
Two things I'd like to bring up. I was taught by fundamentalist Christians that Elijah has to come back to earth to die one day because we all have to die to get to heaven. That no man can enter heaven without dying. Where is that mentioned in the Bible? I have never seen it. I assume that would apply to Enoch as well. Seems like the fundamentalists were wrong to me. Elijah took refuge under a boom tree. The Bible has so many wonderful things we completely gloss over without a second thought. I love learning about the things God created in nature. Today I learned, The broom tree, having roots and branches that burn hot, was a source of fuel and high-quality charcoal during biblical times. It's also edible! The broom tree’s roots are bitter and unappetizing but can provide some nourishment to a starving person. It also provided shade when they grew in clusters and were used to form camps under them. One tree could keep you alive in the wilderness.

Bible IS full of stuff that confuses me... So full opposites for The same things, but I try My best to learn. I have Faith & Trust that he guides me with IT. And hopefully Jesus is My shepherd. I've Always Been humble, good person, caring, unselfish, Dont drink, cuss, Dont use drugs etc by human standards but now Im Even More so. The secret is to keep searching and keep knocking, learn to ask the right questions, you will get your answers. Might take some time but never stop, God reveal Himself to those who seek Him with a pure heart.
Good video. ❤ I've heard people say "The 2 witnesses are Enoch and Elijah" but that's nonsense. Rev 11:4 and 6 tell us exactly who they are. It's called context. We cannot just pop stuff out of the scriptures and make up bizarre stories. v6 tells us that Enoch is excluded from being one of them because Moses was the one who turned water to blood. But Elijah did pray for drought 3¹/² years and prayed for rain after the plague of drought. So Elijah is possible. But Elijah was also known as the Premier or Head Prophet, prophet of prophets in the Old Testament. And no one wants to talk about v4, "These ARE the 2 olive trees, and the 2 candlesticks standing before the the Good of the Earth." The next verse us telling us who they ARE. Elijah and Moses. The Law and Prophets which Jesus spoke of all the time. Zechariah 4 also talks about the Olive Trees and Lamp Stands. And NO ONE tells us what scripture means better than scripture. The Spirit and the Word. God the Son and God the Holy Spirit ONLY stand at the right hand of God. The fullness of scripture (all OT law and all OT prophets), revealing the fulness of God, the fullness of the plan of salvation to the world. Finished in Christ, foretold by every book in the Old Testament thru every prophet of the Old and finished in the New by the Apostles of Christ. It is Christ being born in the New Testament church, the bride, thru the Holy Spirit. And given to the entire world. When Jesus said it is finished..... He wasn't kidding.
The two were very faithful and loyal, even when things were against them, they continued in their walk and trust. The transfiguration shows a small second coming, Elijah representing the ones who shall go through tribulations and remain alive, while Moses represents those who died in Christ and are resurrected 1Th 4:13-17. The two witnesses are not Enoch and Elijah but the Old and New Testament. Olive tree representing the anointing of Gods word, the candle stick representing the light (truth) it gives, the word of God can never die, it lived through the dark ages of 1260 years of the Papacy rule trying to destroy all bibles and believers.
John 3:13 say’s that nobody ever has gone into heaven. Thessalonians say’s that when he comes, the righteous who have dead have to be resurrected first and than ‘those who remain’ alive would go at the same time with him to be with Jesus in heaven. This heavenly course is yet to happen

How o what Jesus mean when he says in Matthew 17; 10-13, that John the Battist is Elijah, but John says in John 1; 21 that he is not Elijah. Can you please explain that.
In Matt. 17:10-13, Christ prophesied of an _end-time_ figure who would come in the spirit of Elijah to restore biblical doctrines(which is a very clear indicator that the doctrines of traditional Christianity are false). It is also revealed in this passage that John the Baptizer only fulfilled this role in type. That is why John responded with a "no" after he is asked if he's Elijah in Jhn 1. He wasn't sent by God to restore anything.
I concur. A lot of people say Moses is one of witnesses. However, it is appointed unto man to be born, die, then comes the judgement. But Moses died and God buried him. As Enoch & Elijah did not they will be the witnesses. Eventually, the antichrist will overcome them & kill them. Then, on the 4th day, God will raise them and bring them home.

Hello, I understand you, that happened to me when I was a kid around 13 to 15. I suffered for 2 years. Now I am 17 and I dont have the voice in my head anymore. I left the voice in my head through video games, basketball, hanging out with my friends and also praying to God. If you aren't baptized, you should be baptized. Baptizing helped me a lot, I mean a looooottt. You can do those if you want. Also read the Bible, it helps you. The devil attacks you because you are too close to God, and God has big plans for you and the devil is trying to break the plan that God has for you. Stay strong my brother, you aren't alone, don't be afraid because God is with you and is always with you.

I've always wondered if the two who appeared with Jesus at His transfiguration were Enoch and Elijah, not Moses and Elijah. Yes, Enoch and Elijah could be the two faithful witnesses, but we won't know unless the Lord reveals it to us. Great topic!
True; however, Jesus was the fulfillment of the law and the prophets. Neither of which has anything to do with Enoch.
I suspect the two witnesses will be Moses and Elijah for two main reasons:
1) the things the two do in Revelation during the time of the tribulation are what these two did during their ministry.
2) the Israelites will start the sacrifice system again to follow the law once more - who better to be on earth than the one God gave the law to?
Additionally, even though there is one verse people pull out of context; it is appointed unto man to die and after this the judgment. So people assume Enoch and Elijah so Enoch will finally die. Yet, there are plenty of people that died and were resurrected to die again - many at the hand of Jesus Himself.

Although Enoch and Elijah were taken, what can you tell us about Melchizedek? Was he the third?
In Hebrews 11 explains , Enoch one of the righteous men that died and has yet to received the promise, Elijah died as well it goes back to the original sin, god told Adam and Eve if ate the fruit from the forbidden tree, that they would surly die. Hence we all die until we are resurrected at the second coming of Christ
In Enoch, God showed a precedence for supporting His will for the perfect man to live forever as long as they abide in and with Him till the end, which was the case with Enoch.
Elijah didn’t finish his walk with God and renege on his commission to bring Israel back to God. This was finished in John Malachi 4:6; Luke 1:17.

The book of jasher talks about the reason Enoch was taken up. This book is also referenced in Joshua 10:13 and 2 Samuel 1:18.
@@bigbruno56 yeah I know, it was apart of the Bible but they took it out around the 1600’s. You can find it on the sacred texts under Aprocrypha. It goes into more details from the creation days up till Moses days, you can use your discernment on the book too.

I believe there is so much missing in the Bible with regards to Enoch. He was obviously viewed very favorably in God's eye yet so little is actually mentioned about him. We are missing very important details about him.
John the baptist is Elijah, who came to proclaim Jesus as the Messiah....

The difference between Enoch and Elijah and the other prophets is that they (Enoch & Elijah) have not been reported to have committed anything to upset God in all their earthly experience, whereas the others, even (king) David or Moses, have had instances where God (for whatever they did) was not pleased with their conduct.

I believe God will send Elijah back as one of the 2 witnesses because in Malachi 4:5 as it is written, "Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful Day of the Lord." Just as God reserves the 4 fallen angels under the Euphrates river to be released (Rev. 9:14), I believe God raptured up Enoch and Elijah to be reserved for the last half of the 7 year tribulation to prophesy (1260 days) as spoken of in (Rev. 11) til they are allowed to be killed and left in the street for 3 days, then brought back to life and resurrected for the whole world to see.

Two things I'd like to bring up. I was taught by fundamentalist Christians that Elijah has to come back to earth to die one day because we all have to die to get to heaven. That no man can enter heaven without dying. Where is that mentioned in the Bible? I have never seen it. I assume that would apply to Enoch as well. Seems like the fundamentalists were wrong to me.
Elijah took refuge under a boom tree. The Bible has so many wonderful things we completely gloss over without a second thought. I love learning about the things God created in nature. Today I learned, The broom tree, having roots and branches that burn hot, was a source of fuel and high-quality charcoal during biblical times. It's also edible! The broom tree’s roots are bitter and unappetizing but can provide some nourishment to a starving person. It also provided shade when they grew in clusters and were used to form camps under them. One tree could keep you alive in the wilderness.

Bible IS full of stuff that confuses me... So full opposites for The same things, but I try My best to learn. I have Faith & Trust that he guides me with IT. And hopefully Jesus is My shepherd. That truly is dream of dreams.
And I have so Many questions too... And because of The unknown I Dont feel saved... Despite being repented and being succesful with IT too and Born again has renewed me as person.

I've heard people say "The 2 witnesses are Enoch and Elijah" but that's nonsense. Rev 11:4 and 6 tell us exactly who they are. It's called context. We cannot just pop stuff out of the scriptures and make up bizarre stories. v6 tells us that Enoch is excluded from being one of them because Moses was the one who turned water to blood. But Elijah did pray for drought 3¹/² years and prayed for rain after the plague of drought. So Elijah is possible. But Elijah was also known as the Premier or Head Prophet, prophet of prophets in the Old Testament.
And no one wants to talk about v4, "These ARE the 2 olive trees, and the 2 candlesticks standing before the the Good of the Earth." The next verse us telling us who they ARE. Elijah and Moses. The Law and Prophets which Jesus spoke of all the time. Zechariah 4 also talks about the Olive Trees and Lamp Stands. And NO ONE tells us what scripture means better than scripture. The Spirit and the Word. God the Son and God the Holy Spirit ONLY stand at the right hand of God.
The fullness of scripture (all OT law and all OT prophets), revealing the fulness of God, the fullness of the plan of salvation to the world. Finished in Christ, foretold by every book in the Old Testament thru every prophet of the Old and finished in the New by the Apostles of Christ. It is Christ being born in the New Testament church, the bride, thru the Holy Spirit. And given to the entire world.
When Jesus said it is finished..... He wasn't kidding.
The two were very faithful and loyal, even when things were against them, they continued in their walk and trust. The transfiguration shows a small second coming, Elijah representing the ones who shall go through tribulations and remain alive, while Moses represents those who died in Christ and are resurrected 1Th 4:13-17. The two witnesses are not Enoch and Elijah but the Old and New Testament. Olive tree representing the anointing of Gods word, the candle stick representing the light (truth) it gives, the word of God can never die, it lived through the dark ages of 1260 years of the Papacy rule trying to destroy all bibles and believers.

John 3:13 say’s that nobody ever has gone into heaven. Thessalonians say’s that when he comes, the righteous who have dead have to be resurrected first and than ‘those who remain’ alive would go at the same time with him to be with Jesus in heaven. This heavenly course is yet to happen

How o what Jesus mean when he says in Matthew 17; 10-13, that John the Battist is Elijah, but John says in John 1; 21 that he is not Elijah. Can you please explain that.
In Matt. 17:10-13, Christ prophesied of an _end-time_ figure who would come in the spirit of Elijah to restore biblical doctrines(which is a very clear indicator that the doctrines of traditional Christianity are false). It is also revealed in this passage that John the Baptizer only fulfilled this role in type. That is why John responded with a "no" after he is asked if he's Elijah in Jhn 1. He wasn't sent by God to restore anything.

I concur. A lot of people say Moses is one of witnesses. However, it is appointed unto man to be born, die, then comes the judgement. But Moses died and God buried him. As Enoch & Elijah did not they will be the witnesses. Eventually, the antichrist will overcome them & kill them. Then, on the 4th day, God will raise them and bring them home.
It's not going to be either one of them or Moses because they're all dead, and the Tribulation will only last 3.5 yrs. There is no 7 yr Tribulation.
