Not sure why this needs an actual specific regulation. There has always been a catch-all requirement to use correct materials fit for purpose. As far as device marking, that's a manufacturing problem, not an installation problem.

Is there any easy way to check the breaker or rcd to see if its bi directional or unidirectional? Some only have a tiny drawing on them
