Recipe
Pouring Medium
Beauti -Tone Cement Bonding Primer - 1 part
Elmers Glue All - 1 part
All Paints - 1 part Pouring Medium - 3 parts
Pearl Medium was mixed with my Pouring Medium , 1:3
My base coat was some left over Pearl White Rust-Oleum mixed with the Beautiful-Tone Cement Bonding Primer and Untinted paint. 2:1:2

Yes I was and also my sister, I've given Fiona credit many times for the reverse dip and my sister Dropping Paint By Dianne is the one who came up with the reverse over a bottom bottle but here I used a cup. I just added the credit in my description.
