So I suspect that after being drunk that is his the father neglected his daughter and said that to Aoki.
But since a well known developing studio like FromSoftware also suffers from the issues of translating Japanese to English it could also be an error and maybe the father is saying- Come back soon, Aoki Haro. Meaning the father was having regret about the whole deal with his wife and how it affected his daughter.
I also think that the letter in mother's room at 21:15 the last line of the letter is actually "My Mom Says I should Break Up With You" and not "My Mom Says She should Break Up With You". Which can also very well bee another translation error.
