Just found it last week. Please put on more advanced vocabularies that we could use any situations and thank you so much for all the hard work to put together. I am looking forward to watching daily.
I have just started your lesson and defionitely you are right. We should learn a word in the correct context and in this case even we can understand it withot a dictionary. He is a Daniel in judgment. I met with this sentence today and I don't know where to put it because I think the surrounding context is not enoughto guess its meaning. Do you know what this semtence means?
More of these, Sir! Didn't miss a single one, though some of the options to choose from weren't known vocabulary (vicariously, truculent, sycophant etc...). On another day I would have had more trouble nailing the quizz.
I’m really happy following you teacher. Could u pls tell us about how to use phrasal verbs. ?! This is the most confusing thing i face in English language
This is Stefan's test. He missed 3 and got 80% right. When I did the German A2 placement test I got 57 percent. I've never gotten a 57% in my life. I was really upset about it. Stefan claims German is so involved & complicated and that sometimes he thinks it's TOO complicated, but he doesn't work with words like I'm trying to, these days. I'm in A2, at the beginning of the lessons; I'm 10 lessons in but I still think I should've done better. 1. Epitome 2. Cocky 3. Admonished 4. Klutz 5. vaguely 6. Nascent LMAO @ his comment to No. 6. "Certainly nobody I have arrested has ever used the words quintessential nor nascent." He's learning advanced English because they want him to know it. 7. Embezzle 8. preposterous 9. dilettante 10. ubiquitous 11. impugn 12. capricious 13. fervently 14. defamatory 15. meticulous
Hey Vicki. Tell Stefan that 12/15 is great. And yes, some of this are very specific words that you don't hear every day...or even every week. Hope you German is coming along. I've just about stopped Romanian at this point and I'm trying to make myself get back into it. Just haven't had the time the past month. Now that family is town, I'll probably postpone it a little longer. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! 😃👍
