Both are OK pero kumuha na ako ng eVisa para walang hassle kasi pag VOA ang tagal mahaba pa minsan ang pila.

Pwedeng visa on arrival pero baka mahaba ang pila sa airport I suggest na kumuha ka nalang ng e-Visa kasi less than a week lang makuha mo agad unless na your planning to go this Eid holiday, visa on arrival na talaga yan. Or you can call 042364453, embassy nila yan dito sa Dubai.
