Hi, I got it in Clicks before the wedding, it was a huge help because the heat was too much. I think it was N$300 or so, not sure if they still have. It takes batteries and also works on electricity, I was powering it on my power bank

It definitely differs, unfortunately culture has evolved over the years and people just try to stick to what they can remember.
