    Ingredients -
    250gram Maida
    1 tsp Salt
    1tsp Jeera
    A pinch of baking soda
    Method - Mix maida, salt, jeera and baking powder in a bowl. Add water and prepare a thin, lump free batter. (approximately 600ml water)
    Now grease small plates or flat bottom bowls with oil. Add a spoon of batter in greased plates or bowl, spread them.
    Steam them in a steamer for 2-3 minutes on medium to high flame.
    Take them out, let them cool for a minute. Loosen the sides with a knife, remove the steamed sheet with the help of hands. Place them on a plastic sheet and dry them for 2-3 days under the sunlight or fan.
    After drying you can store them in a container for a year. Fry them when you want to eat them. Enjoy homemade crispy papad.
