Why did you choose the orange shadow as your 3rd color after the 2 first transition colors and then you chose a yellow? What's the thinking behind it? How can I replicate it no matter what color story I am going for on my eyes? 😘💐

Just do your makeup with tons of different colors and see what you like best on you. I really don’t think there should be rules for what colors you use on your eyes because 2 people with green eyes for example could have completely different hair colors and skin tones. You might be surprised what colors you like on you, I don’t even do browns anymore, mostly mustards or bright red/orange/pink corals

I love when she is not pushing Morphe. I personally found their brushes to be very cheap. They break so easily. I love the way Jaclyn teaches us how to apply makeup. She is super knowledgeable and talented. 👍👍❤❤❤

Puye Aref I know I try to do a simple Eye lookAnd literally all of my tutorials are like 20 minutes long and the reason is because of this right here most if not all of these beauty gurus and their movie magic it is extremely hard to learn anything from- honestly I have never learned anything from any of them and I always said that if I ever did a beauty channel I was going to explain in detail and show how I am blending and show where exactly I’m placing the product because product placement is equally as important as blending and honestly I guess that’s why my videos are so long!

I never comment on videos, but honestly -- I'm a makeup lover and had to watch my fave OG UA-cam makeup guru blend Her eye makeup in steps. This was very clear and easy to follow, and the day this came out I had an event go to go and used your techniques and my eye makeup has NEVER been better and more seamless less.

I especially love the tip about when bringing a darker shadow to the inside of the crease from the outside of crease, to do windshield motions on outiside to slightly inside, and then do a stamp, stamp motion going closer to the inside. Gamechanger for me. Blending in the inner crease area has been a struggle for me and now you gave me a battle plan. ❤

You are by far the queen of blending eyeshadow. I watch all the usual suspects and they all do a great job with eyeshadow but the detail you go into and the precision in your blending and shading is unmatched. I’ll be honest, there were a few of those lighter brown shades that you used that I initially thought were a waste of time but in the end the way all those browns blended and faded into each other from light to dark was simply gorgeous. I feel like the other beauty influencers would have skipped at least two (maybe three) of those lighter brown shades and in the end they would have come up with a pretty look that I probably would have liked but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as beautiful as your end result. This eye look is simply beautiful.

Cynthia Bonham exactly 😂 I don’t get why people would sit and watch someone and then leave horrible comments about her looks, I think she looks beautiful, they don’t realise they are just making her engagement higher by commenting and even disliking, I’ve never quite figured why someone would go out their way to dislike a video 😂
