Well her character has quite a high pitch ish voice correct? So they just go off from the voice to try to match it as much as possible
It’s like the voice of papyrus and sans, if you tried to match what their fanon voices are to what their beeps sound like in the game, they don’t really match up. But most people would agree that the fanon voice is correct.

It't not because of UA-cam. A lot of people in the music industry are very touchy about their music and sue when it's used in a situation they don't want. There is also people out there who have a job that is specifically to sue other places for using "unlawful" music. So either UA-cam complies or they get sued, it sucks.
