Tomorrow is day 4 of the academy for me and I’m struggling to get under 60 seconds without SCBA. At about 2 minutes with SCBA. This video gave me some great tips so thank you so much, sir!

How was the academy?
@@AchillesActual A lot of hard physical work but nothing that can’t be handled with some dedication. It’s more mental than anything if I’m being honest.
@@D0CSIDE was it m-f for you guys?? Im prior usmc so thats my only gauge of reference. Also side note, what were the age ranges for your class man?
