Yes, that was his true strength on this show. And has any other contestant (except maybe Frankie Muñoz) appeared to be enjoying himself in every dance as much as Donny did? I really think he has been the only star that won the competition as soon as his name was announced. And his partner...I've read that people Kym's choreography is boring and uninspired, but she outdid herself that season. And of all the women pros on the show, she is, in my opinion, the most beautiful and graceful.

Donnie your skills with anything in music is such a tribute to your Mom & Dad. Donnie: U sing, dance, play multiple instruments, Your a great Hubby & Daddy. You're a real what a guy. That DONNY OSMOND has so much TALENT...he "naturally" put the young ones to shame! ;-) His stage presence is overwhelmingly one of excellence! And HE can SING, too! QUADRUPLE + THREAT!!!! I can't wait to SEE more of D.O.!!!! :-D
You said it. Back in the late 70's we took the family to see the Osmonds perform at a music in the round place in MA. They were playing frisbee out behind a building in a fenced in area. The frisbee came right to the fence and Donny came over to pick it up. He looked up and smiled at those watching, my daughter insisted at her, but his smile was like the sun came out. I've never seen anything like it and will never forget. He definitely was blessed with something out of the ordinary. At 80, I'm still a huge fan.
How great that Donny got to dance to one of the songs he & his brothers sang!! It was quite obvious when he danced to the song, how happy & smooth he looked! :)

BOTH were perfectionists in their craft and LOVED music & performing! :-D Donny is a maniac on the dance floor...in the BEST way I.e. He is NOT shy at all when he's on that stage!!! I wonder if the Osmonds still rule Branson, MO? lol
My Mom's told us the same thing. We learned about the Osmond's from our parents and my father would say if we wanted Donny Osmond to be our Dad and of course it was a fast no Daddy, LOL of course he knew we were lying and said he wouldn't mind if Donny Osmond or any Osmond's were his parents lol pure ❤ for all the Osmond's.

He did the Jitterbug three times. That seems a little unusual from what I have seen on the show, which is selective so it might be normal to do one type of dance more than the others.
I voted for Donny every week, as many votes as I could. Donny did an amazing job on DWTS as I knew he would cause I’ve been an Osmond Fan ever since One Bad Apple hit the Air Waves. When you watch Donny on stage you watch perfection at work & he makes it look so easy. He’s been entertaining since he was four or five & always is amazing. I was ( still am ) so proud of Donny for his performances every week on DWTS & very proud of his winning Season 9 & being the oldest winner on DWTS. Donny is amazing, there’s nothing he can’t do, so so proud of him & this win. 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️😊👍🏼

I believe you listed the song as One Bad Apple again after the performance that was with One Bad Apple (samba).

The various dances would look sooo much better with the exact music for them. Dancing the Viennese Waltz, for instance to a poorly sung (to add insult to injury) You Don’t Own Me, is the dumbest pairing ever. That the dancers could take it seriously, is an extra kudo for them. DO deserved to win. He and Kim rose above the often uninspiring music (Bon Jovi and tango? Ugh!) with grace and finesse! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I stopped watching DWTS because of the music. It was often a farce.
