Call me crazy but I always thought these X-Rays looked a lot more brutal than the X-Rays from X or XI. Probably because they’re significantly more detailed, Idk And this opinion still stands in 2025
@@Howlingburd19 mkx's x rays are way more the detailed. The reason I like the ones in this game the most is the fact that it's short (mostly hits twice), and not so over the top they lessen the impact of fatalities. The grayscale rendering helps too. This is coming from an mkx fan.

I actually liked these better than the ones in MKX. they were more straight to the point and didn't feel like some of them were more extreme than the fatalities. By MK11 I couldn't tell since fatal blows don't do the X-ray effect, so just went with "if a limb doesn't come off, it's not a finisher"
