It is a good exclusive product for increasing your trading skills and cashflow without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.
First, thank you for providing these indicator guidelines. I deviated from your short term options and 2% stop loss strategy. The stop loss just didn’t seem to account for daily fluctuations and I got kicked out to frequently. What I did do was use your indicators as well as picking stocks with consistent upward momentum of 30% over the trailing 3 months. I would only buy call options out anywhere from 9 months to two years. Sticking with this strategy earned me 640% over the past 12 months‼️ Because I didn’t have to worry about expirations, the March mini-crash was nothing more than a hiccup, by April, I had surpassed February.
I have been watching for awhile. Just subscribed. Very informative stuff and your stuff has its own style with a different twist than other UA-camrs. Good stuff. Keep it coming!

Very clear explanation to the indicators. My experience has not been great with the MACD. I use RSI, Slow Stochs also, but I add in MFI (Money Flow) as the third indicator.

I’ll definitely try this method, but I am also considering buying the “Martin trend line indicator” it is primarily based on trend lines and can be used for day trading. The thing that’s bothering me is the cost: €150. Do you think that that’s to expensive? And can the method from the video also be used in day trading?
Sorry, I'm not familiar with the indicator. Investing in education will help speed up your learning, but be careful trying to chase the holy grail or that "magic" indicator. Trading is a balance of risk and reward, taking advantage of opportunities that give you an edge in the market. With my strategies I know I can be wrong half of the time, but still profitable if I'm making more on a winning trade than I lose on a loser.

Set 7 days period for RSI, don't you think it might be too short, or you simply just focus on day swing trades ?

What if all three indicators show a go for buy entry, but one or more indicators are headed downwards? Is that still a good signal to go long?

As you said we should determine the direction of the market first and we can use RSI, Stoch, MACD to determinate the trend of the market in your recent videos. Also, you taught us we have to wait for the signals which came to over 50 by RSI and slow Stoch first. However, may I ask how do we know if the market is going to the sideways and we need to use Trend Fading Strategy on time charts?
Right now we're focusing on trend following opportunities, not trend fading.

Question for Markus or the panel. So does this work in reverse if I wanna buy a Put Option or Short a stock? Like if the RSI and Stochastic is below 50 and the orange line is ABOVE the purple line, does that mean the stock is going to drop?

You got it! When we see the indicators setting up in the opposite direction, we've identified a downtrend based on our rules.
i always thought that an rsi of less than 30 indicates oversold and that the asset shows a possibility of catching a bid. so i dont understand why you would sell below 50

One question I wanted to ask you....what about using this indicators only to get into stocks that have strong fundamentals and momentum. I mean, what do you think of mixing fundamental analysis (to choose what to trade) with technical analysis (to choose when to trade). Do you think that could boost the success rate?

Hi Juan, great question. For me, it would make things more complicated. As an example: How do you define "strong fundamentals"? I am scanning more than 8,000 stocks every night, and if I would use fundamentals as well, it would probably take me days. For me, it's much easier to just use indicators. But if it helps YOU to mix it with fundamentals, do that! 😀👍
From July to November 28th I've lost $20k. Only this week I learned about indicators. And now, I just watched this video and realized the indicators that Markus uses are FREE and are in line with the ones I recently purchased!!

I personally don't use volume in my trading, and I disagree that volume is "very important". It's just one of many factors that you could consider.

HI Markus, As you have mentioned all three indicator is above 50 is givng you the buy signal. is there any chance all three indicator goes above 50 and soon after one of them goes down. Does it means we need to sell it? Or Is these indicator gives any false indication at any point of price movement
I am waiting until AFTER the markets are closed. Because you are right: During the day it might go above and below 50, and you would get a lot of false signals.
I'm trading this strategy on a daily chart, so I wait until the end of the day.

Markus, how do you set up alerts so that you get a notification when the stocks meet your criteria? I understand using the indicators, however, there are simply too many stocks to enter and open charts for.

Hi Markus, Nice video presentation on Yahoo finance and setting up of indicators on yahoo finance chart. i have one problem though. How can I save the chart settings in yahoo finance ? I tried logging in to my yahoo account and setting up of charts but seems it does not work.
Hi Monjur, that's strange. I have a free account with finance.yahoo.com and it saves all my chart settings. You might have to contact their support team. Something is not right. You should be able to save the charts.

I am trying to do some paper trading on TOS to get in some practice and I've plugged in your 3 trend indicators. In the chart section it gives me a "time frame option" to select a time interval (1, 2, 3...5...20 day) and an aggregation period (5, 10, 15, 20 min, etc). I know you have your own special program... but I'm just paper trading right now. Thank you, again.
Hmmmmm.... I'm not familiar with the "aggregation" on TOS. You definitely need a "time interval" of 1 day. Maybe use a 5 min aggregation? Or consider using TradingView. It's free 😀

Does anyone know whether how far those indicators are above or below those numbers mean anything? Like if the RSI and stochastics are way above 50, does that make a stronger case for that stock versus if a stock is right at 50? Thanks!
Hi elo, great question. Based on my experience, it doesn't matter. Once the RSI is above 50, the stock is more likely to go up. In fact, when the RSI get's super high, it's more likely for the stock to reverse.

@@rockwelltradingservices Just another quick question. You mention you tend to hold stocks for 5-20 days when swing trading. What if you hit that ~10% gain in quicker than 5 days? Would you just check these indicators and hold/sell based on where they are?
Hi Elo, great question. And the answer is YES!
I exit the stocks based on one of the 3 exits:
1.) When I hit my profit target
2.) When I hit my stop loss
3.) When I see a change or direction, i.e. "black bar"
The 5-20 days holding time is just an estimate based on the 3 criteria above.
Does this help?
RSI with 7 period is same as price above or below the 20 period ma. Stay long above 20ma seems to be the essence of this trend indicator.

I would encourage you to use a computer. It is easier to see and setup.

Do the indicators fail to work at times? I expect the the indicators don't know what Trump will say next to f shit up on the market
Indicators are the best way to know if a stock will go up or down. It is very scientific so It doesn’t fail.
