That's what I like about my 2007 Hayabusa and my 2013 Kawasaki ZX-14R, no ABS! I turn traction control off on the Kawi too. Busa doesn't even have ABS. My 'busa is like your GSXR, raw with no power modes, traction control or the other stuff the new bikes come with.
You should check on KilaCam's videos...i think it was one of his first videos with his R1...he figured out how to turn off the settings without pulling fuses

That's strange. I'm 5'7 to 5'8 and sat on it and it was way too uncomfortable. It makes you really reach for the handle bars, like the riding position has you too forward. I can't see how one could ride like that all day. I guess it's a height thing possibly. I will say they are the best looking liter bike on the market and their quality is top notch.

gixxer brah is it normal at high speeds it takes alot more force to counter steer? If im doing triple digits im slow to change lane cause I have to push so hard it makes me nervous. Im on a z650 so its naked not a supersport

Only pull the 30 amp abs fuse under the seat to turn it off and the other rider aids will still work
