Sir normally you can do 2:1 Ratio
Like
10 Minutes Backwash
5 Minutes Rinse
Also you can check water quality if water is coming in the drain line is dirty then repeat the process.

Two problems may be there.
1. Your Multiport Valve is doing Malfunction or
2. Your Strainer is doing Malfunction
Solution
1. Check by replacing MPV
2. Check by replacing Strainer and Pipe.
