They are so cute and sweet and it's hilarious that they totally forgot the rings, but I love how the brothers step in to help by lending their rings. It's a perfect example of how this family, despite their issues, is always there for each other.

I’m here because of “Bros” , I know Luke Marfarlane because of “Bros” today at 2022 , and now I watched all of his earlier shows , especially this tv shows how surprised it was already so open to talk about gay about 10 yrs ago. Good God, I love this show and Kevin and Scotty are two of my favorite on screen couples. I agree with a lot that is said on here about how it shouldn't matter if a child has 2 dads or 2 moms...I myself am straight but it frustrates me that some people are so against same sex couplings. Who is it hurting? All that should matter is the love that is shared b/w two people, regardless of sexual orientation

They are husbands because they have devoted themselves to one another in one of the most beautiful displays of affection (marriage). Also, incestuous relations (like the father and daughter you mentioned) are not permitted because of the increased risk of passing on genetic disorders. The benefit of a secular view is that you can examine the REAL reason for these policies.

I can then choose to act on those feelings or not act on them in the same way you can choose to act on your feelings for members of the opposite sex. My husband's ex-wife was adopted she has wonderful adoptive parents, but she found her blood family and is very close to her brothers and sisters she finally found as an adult. Her natural parents had died.

I fully intend for my partner and myself to be there for our children in the same way your parents were presumably there for you. It has nothing to do with gender.

On a side note, though I'm leaving it out of my main point, I do think it is important to mention that most leading medical organizations agree that these men and women do not choose their sexual orientation. Now, here's the harsh reality: no one knows what is going to happen after we die. For all we know, it all ends with that last breathe. That being said, why should gay and lesbian people not try to be happy?

There is no evidence that can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that people aren't just lying when they say they didn't choose to be gay; however, the is a lot of evidence that SUGGESTS this to be the case. On the flip side, can you prove to me that it is a choice? Or is it alright with you to make millions of men and women feel bad about themselves (and possibly limit their rights) when there's a good chance they had no say in the matter?

Okay uhm.. I am a straight girl and I think this is romantic and sweet! What a cute couple. Even thouhg you're not gay, you should be able to see love between to humans regartless of gender. It is mean, when you say that as a straight person. Gay people are just allowed to be here as anyone else! It is just people. I don't get people who dispite it. Yeah, it is different than what we can imagene, but is it not important to see it from others point of view. I think it is!

@Raineygoodyears Well, I have two parents, not same sex, and frankly, I would rather have another mother than the father I have. Being straight doesn't automatically make a person a fit parent. I hardly know my father and he doesn't seem to want to know me. For an innocent child, isn't it better two have two parents NO matter what gender, who love and care for that child then to have a mother and father where one of them, or both, are unattentive?

@Raineygoodyears I know this might not be my place but I just have to say this: first of all God does NOT condemn homosexuality, God created gay people so why the heck would he condemn/hate his own creations? Second of all God DOES condemn MAN-MADE birth control; it IS wrong because it PURPOSELY restricts procreation. But same-sex sex (between two people who LOVE each other) isn't wrong because it does not purposely restrict new life, like birth control does, so you're being a hypocrite.

Several studies have shown that same sex couples are capable of raising children who will be just as happy and healthy as their peers. For the record, I'm gay and I have a gay cousin who is married to a great woman and has a beautiful baby boy... They are one of the happiest families I've ever seen... Our parents are Male and Female..It takes 1 Man and 1 Woman to make a baby....That is why all of us have 1 Dad and 1 Mother period....Children might have care takers and for that we as people gay or straight have a responsibility to care for children who's mother or father cannot, will not or are incapable of taking care of there children...

@pmw29206 Do you understand that even children who have wonderful adoptive parents *Always* want to know who there birth parents are, they want to know them.meet them, find out if they have blood brothers and sisters. My husband's ex-wife was adopted she has wonderful adoptive parents, but she found her blood family and is very close to her brothers and sisters she finally found as an adult. Her natural parents had died.
