The Dora comment killed me, as I was thinking the exact same thing. Except Lara is so much cuter than Dora. She really has bonded with you, and you have really made a difference in her and Kat's life. Both are becoming so much more open to being on camera. You put out a lot and do a lot of the right things, it seems the universe is starting to give back what you deserve. Keep being you, and I pray the blessings keep coming for all 3 of you!!!

hello there Mike, you know what ,processed foods are a no,no, but, red meats ( cows meats, even those cheap kinds), are the no.1 best foods for us human being with just salt & pepper & fresh fish, veggies, like these moringga,(malunggay), which are in abundance right there in PH...malunggay,is considered the king of all veggies cause it contained a lot of vitamins you couldn't even think of...always keep safe and healthy...

You are poorly informed if you think red meats are good for you. Too much red meat increases your chances of a heart attack and stroke. Robert Atkins, who made the Atkins diet famous for eating larger amounts of red meats, suffered numerous heart attacks in his life and died of congestive heart failure.

It will lead to serious health problems later. Humans are not made like strict carnivore. We have digestive system very similar to fruit eating monkeys and not wolves. Its proven that plant based diet improve health. Eating too much meat is unhealthy and processed food like bacon is proven to be carcinogenic. Its good that you lost weight but you will ruin your health over long run.

@TheyCalledMeT keto diet you are still taking in carbs. That is why it is hard to lose weight on keto. Carnivore cuts out all sugar and carbs and it is what we ate for thousands of years. Eggs, meat and fish is all I eat and my health could not be better. I am 64 now. Only bad thing is I bought all new clothes because I lost 4 waist sizes.

@@richardconard9618 We eat wheat and rice for tens of thousand of years. Meat was rare before mass modern farming. Rome was not build on bacon but on wheat imports from Egypt.
Carnivore diet will lead to vitamin deficiency and will ruin your health. Your digestive system is not made to eat only meat. its like feeding cow with bacon. The same stupid idea. If you want to lose weigh, try to not eat junk and move your lazy ass.

Plant based diet is key to happiness and healthy life. Its proven fact. We dont have teeth and digestive system like carnivores and you cannot get all you need to survive from meat. Plant eating animals are the strongest animals on the planet. Dont forget that. You will develop serious health problems later in your life.

    • @danforthrhodes8960

The Keto diet also works. Reducing carbs dramatically because it gets turned into sugar, no processed for foods, no juices - only whole fruits so you get the fiber, and healthy oils like olive oil and coconut oil. No vegetable oils. Sugar is what causes or aggravated many conditions and worsens inflammation. So carnivore and Keto have some things in common but Keto is heavy with veggies, meats, oils, and fats. I think much more enjoyable than ONLY animal products plus healthy.

    • @danforthrhodes8960

@PavolKosik-b3u You can't get enough B12, vitamin B complex, vitamin D, iron, Iodine, and calcium. This is proven from bone marker studies between all plant eaters and those with some meat in their diet. Babies of mothers also often show deficiencies in these things after birth. Supplements can help but that's not ideal. Supplements aren't always absorbed. There are other issues. All meat is unnatural and all vegetables. Our body needs a balance and most cultures doesn't promote that.

SPRAY FOR THE YARD: Take a gallon container fill it about 2/3 with water, add a cup of white vinegar, a teaspoon of liquid dish detergent, and 1/2 cup of salt. Mix and top off with water. That spray will kill what's there, keep more from growing and even keep the bugs down. It's not toxic to you or Larra either.

lucky wife to be able do that washing squatting! am envious. i used to do so many things/odd jobs squatting over the years. recently with age catching up & multiple joint stiffness (knees mainly) is now a disaster. if i squat now, there is knee pain & i can barely get back up (need help of both hands). so such tasks best done standing working at table top level. i would advocate this as life long practice, even as young adult, to avoid possible future problems. but good to have occasional squat when one’s flexibility allows.

Stretching and simple exercises with the table chair help will lessen all those stiffness and pains in joints. I am 85 yrs old and developed sciatica on right hip which caused too much pains to my right tigh and legs which limit my mobility. Thanks to my therapist showing me some nice stretching that I was able to survive a day with less pain.

    • @billbradley2480

Filipinas love their bucket. Sounds like Keto or Carnivore diet would help you. Joint pain is caused by inflammation which is caused by leaky gut which is caused by grains. Bone broth would cure leaky gut and keto diet would keep it cured. Typical low fat American diet dries up the gal bladder so doing a gal bladder cleanse would get it working again. Filipinas eat plenty of healthy fats so it’s unlikely they’d have knee pain in old age.

As far as getting rid of that pesky grass that keeps popping up: Dig down about 8 inches to a foot (Basically scrape away all the current sand). A. Lay down plastic sheeting (you can buy 3 foot wide rolls and up to 100 feet long). B. Spread a couple inches of pea gravel (or similar) over the plastic sheeting. C. Put pristine beach sand over the gravel. Been doing that for years at my home at the Jersey Shore. Works well and is very cheap.

Learned arthritis is caused by inflammation which is caused by leaky gut. I learned keto would help. Bone broth fixes leaky gut. I did a gal bladder cleanse to get it working good. Need a gal bladder that isn’t dried up from years of low fat diet. After 2 weeks on keto no more knee pain. I can walk for miles. I did strict keto first 2 years. Now it’s 6 years after Arthritis diagnosis and I feel great. Still no knee pain. I’m almost 67 and eat whatever I want. But I eat a low carb diet and mostly keto food.

Those same arteries go to the head, and when clogged, patients have strokes, plus arteries go to a man’s member and when clogged, the lack of blood flow prevents erections. Belly shirts! Oh no 😬 😆. Michael I am not trying to do an endorsement coz I’ve not been her customer. But as you teased Cat about the beach jeans…just this week a video showed up in my feed & I learned about Jessica Rey Swimwear. She’s an American Filipina, I believe born USA but I dunno for sure. She was an actress & an original PowerRanger! But I just learned about her Filipino heritage & this company. She makes “modest” swimwear. Very fashionable (to my eye), varied degrees of coverage. I’m sure there are many such businesses now but interesting she is a trailblazer in this area & her heritage (I thought). FYI. Maybe you can appraise Cat to ck the company out. I dunno if they ship internationally though….🩱🏊🏼‍♀️🌅

Perceived effectiveness of carnivore is directly related to the crappiness of what you previously ate. Japanese eat rice, fish, and vegetables and have longer and healthier lives than anyone. But if your previous diet was loaded with white bread, fries, beer, and sugar, then of course carnivore will give some improvement.

He k even spices other then salt are not carnivour to the super stick people. Not bashing I do 95% canrivour myself. I use some seasonings, half a teaspoon of splenda to a cup of coffee and coffee is my life esp when I get a sweet craving. Cheese makes my weight loss stop tho unfortunatly. @@jsully4064 the carnivore diet is the only real answer (solution) to insulin dependency (without carbs you don't need insulin, generally speaking). My advice (as a personal trainer and a type 1) is to try it. It's not for everybody (i don't use it as i train a lot and no carbs is not easy on high training volumes - it is do-able, but it takes some doing..). Try it 'gradually', maybe slowly increase the meat as you reduce the carbs. The other argument is to simply eat 'clean' always, and continue with carbs.. but only from vegetables, and a little fresh fruit. Absolutely no junk sugars - foods or drinks. no 'sugar' of any kind.. This will reduce the amount of insulins required by a lot. If you put in a vigorous exercise program as well, you are doing everything possible. Weight training is must (for everyone actually). By toning and increasing muscle mass you are increasing the size of your calorie burning engine, and that engine burns through sugars much more efficiently (all calories, whatever their source, are converted to sugar for energy.. And for diabetics you want to be doing that as efficiently as possible of course).
