I agree with the people saying the stalker may be autistic. During an internship, I had an autistic man follow me around after I had a brief conversation with him in the cafeteria. Everyone in the program lived in a dorm together and he would wait outside my door every morning to give me almond milk because I told him I liked it in that brief conversation. I never felt unsafe, but someone else told the program head. When they sat us down to talk about it, he fixated on the fact he did not knock so he wasn't bothering me. He just waited for me to come out.

Yeah, I have huge auditory sensitivity when it comes to chewing. It literally makes me sick to my stomach, even listening to myself chew. I've watched this video for the second time and forgot about this part of it and ended up having to skip. It's not even just the chewing, it's what she's eating. Gerard's behavior honestly reminds me of my autistic brother. One time he followed a girl home because he liked her, not understanding that that was a weird/scary thing to do. She called the cops and he was scared and confused. We explained the situation both to her (about his handicap) and to my brother (that he was stalking her and that wasn't alright) and everything turned out alright. She dropped the issue and he never followed someone like that again. Some people just can't pick up on cues, and I feel like this Gerard guy was one of them.

The stalker, Gerard, is likely suffering from some sort of mental difficulty. When he is being yelled at, he looks really hurt and confused by it, and the "we're going" sounds so puzzled. I think that he would have tried to deny everything if he were a legit stalker (and would probably a bit less blatant about it) and would have probably looked more embarrassed or raised his own voice. At least it seems to have been resolved.
My very first thought on how to figure out the Kate Yup situation is contacting UA-cam and google. There are ads on her videos which means she is getting paid for them. The money is being sent to someone and under someone’s name. They should be able to find her and make sure she is okay.
I mean, it could be a more complicated situation. Look how long it took for help to reach the one youtuber who escaped her abusive mother and ran with her fiance.
Even if UA-cam contacts the police. Law enforcement needs to have some form of reasonable warranty in order to investigate further which isn’t the easiest task in the world. Especially that she is possibly and likely outside the jurisdiction of the US. It’s hard to convince a law enforcement that isn’t even stationed in your country and most likely follow the strict idea of warranty’s. Every time I hear about the Kate Yup situation and the evidence on her body, it just reminds me that people can't spot the symptoms of a serious eating disorder. Bruising, teeth falling out due to purging, she's really skinny yet binges. She 100% leaned into the speculation because it means more money. As said, if Jow Shmoe on youtube can figure it out, then authorities easily could too. I find the whole situation sad, but a different reason. Purging for years weakens tissue, and binging stretches it. A lot of people with that ED die from their stomachs literally ripping apart. It's also sad because people could be friends with people who have serious ED and not even know it. Not all of them looks or acts like Eugenia. Not all of them are obvious about it.

Gerard's behavior honestly reminds me of my autistic brother. One time he followed a girl home because he liked her, not understanding that that was a weird/scary thing to do. She called the cops and he was scared and confused. We explained the situation both to her (about his handicap) and to my brother (that he was stalking her and that wasn't alright) and everything turned out alright. She dropped the issue and he never followed someone like that again. Some people just can't pick up on cues, and I feel like this Gerard guy was one of them.

The stalker, Gerard, is likely suffering from some sort of mental difficulty. When he is being yelled at, he looks really hurt and confused by it, and the "we're going" sounds so puzzled. I think that he would have tried to deny everything if he were a legit stalker (and would probably a bit less blatant about it) and would have probably looked more embarrassed or raised his own voice. At least it seems to have been resolved.
My very first thought on how to figure out the Kate Yup situation is contacting UA-cam and google. There are ads on her videos which means she is getting paid for them. The money is being sent to someone and under someone’s name. They should be able to find her and make sure she is okay.

Even if UA-cam contacts the police. Law enforcement needs to have some form of reasonable warranty in order to investigate further which isn’t the easiest task in the world. Especially that she is possibly and likely outside the jurisdiction of the US. It’s hard to convince a law enforcement that isn’t even stationed in your country and most likely follow the strict idea of warranty’s. Interpol and the home nation like that will rarely ever enforce an investigation this unless if someone ‘really’ important was to go missing.

Well just because it hasn't been proven that doesn't necessarily mean it has never happened. Besides, it might not be a kidnapping case but she could still very well be in danger. Bruises and subtle yet irrefutable calls for help can insinuate that something is definitely wrong. Maybe an abusive boyfriend? Some parts of the case can be written off as coincidences but spelling out SOS and HELP with the captions is not something someone does by accident.

Bruising, teeth falling out due to purging, she's really skinny yet binges. She 100% leaned into the speculation because it means more money. As said, if Jow Shmoe on youtube can figure it out, then authorities easily could too. I find the whole situation sad, but a different reason. Purging for years weakens tissue, and binging stretches it. A lot of people with that ED die from their stomachs literally ripping apart. That’s intense, I had my own “Gerard” a few years back. this guy left notes, followed me to work, stores, on dates, would ambush me when walking my dog(who DID NOT like him) and finally ended up trying to get into my home one night, uninvited and unannounced. Very scary. And the whole time he acted like this guy at first. This happened over the course of a couple months.

My sister had that same Dora doll. That doll was so fucking annoying, BUT I do think it was defective somehow, because my older brother, sister and I would stay at home all night while my parents were at work. So we’d stay up late as hell. One night that dora doll would not shut the fuck up, so we took the batteries out and the toy still kept talking. Eventually her voice would get lower and lower. It was fucking scary, but we could not stop laughing and freaking out. My brother and I went to town beating the shit out of it 😂😂😂 do I think it was hunted? No, some kind of eternal battery or something yes. But it did scare the shit out of us. Still a funny memory now that I look back on it.
