Received a GST concession letter on 2019 to purchase a car but before proceeding to purchase received a message from department the guidelines of this concession has been changed and apply with new guidelines to get new concession letter. Accordingly I droped the purchase plan and did not used the concession letter. Now I am planning again to purchase a vehicle with this concession and tried to raise concession request online. But system showing that I have a concession letter issued 2019 and eligible another letter after 5 years only. Tried several way to cancel this which I did not used from the system and not succeed. Do you have any idea to resolve this issue. Please advice
Sir is driving license is mandatory before buying a car for Physically handicapped person. If we do not have driving license, we will not get any benefits from government? Could you please explain the procedure for buying a car for Physically handicapped person. I do not have driving license. Kindly help me.
