ផ្ទះវីឡានេះហាក់បង្ហាញពីការរចនាដែលរក្សាឯកជនភាពពីខាងក្រៅ តែមានការបើកទូលាយ និងភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងយ៉ាងល្អនូវលម្ហប្រើប្រាស់ខាងក្នុង។ ការរចនាទម្រង់ផ្ទះកើតឡើងពីរាងធរណីមាត្រសាមញ្ញ ជាមួយការដកលម្ហកណ្តាលចេញបង្កើតជាcourtyard(លម្ហសួនកណ្ដាលផ្ទះ) បានអូសពន្លឺធម្មជាតិ និងចែកចាយពន្លឺចូលគ្រប់បន្ទប់ខាងក្នុង។ ការរចនាបែបនេះធ្វើឲ្យបរិកាសខាងក្នុងផ្ទះ បន្សុីជាមួយបរិយាកាសខាងក្រៅយ៉ាងល្អ ដោយការប្រើកញ្ចក់ធំៗ និងការភ្ជាប់ខ្លួនជាមួយទឹកក៏ដូចជារុក្ខជាតិបៃតងជុំវិញបរិវេណផ្ទះ។
ក្រុមស្ថាបត្យករបានសម្រិតសម្រាំងផ្ទះឡើងដោយផ្តោតលើភាពស៊ីវីល័យនៃការរស់នៅ ភាពសុខដុមរមនា និងការបង្កើតធាតុរស់រវើកក្នុងលម្ហបែបស្រទន់ ។
