I do fairly deep dives training staff in a juvenile justice setting and just found your channel. I'm well versed in the typical 4 functions of behavior but really appreciate your take as behavior. So much more to it than the labels themselves. Understanding that behaviors lead to outcomes is critical. If you don't like the outcome you have to change the behavior. Since feelings are behind behaviors it rarely works to just say "Stop doing that." Working the problem to discover a replacement behavior that meets the same need but produces better outcomes is the rub. Especially when looking introspectively. Anyway, saw this and watched 3 more then subscribed. I appreciate you sir.
