    Steps to Enable Voice Typing in Word - Alternative to Dictate:
    1. Open Microsoft Word: Start by opening the Word document where you want to use voice typing.
    2. Activate Voice Typing: Press the ‘Windows key + H’ to open the voice typing toolbar.
    3. Start Dictating: Click on the microphone icon in the toolbar to start dictating. Speak clearly and directly into your microphone.
    4. Using Voice Commands: Dictate your text, and you can also include punctuation verbally by saying the punctuation marks like "comma," "period," or "new line."
    5. Enable Automatic Punctuation (Optional): Click on the gear icon in the voice typing toolbar to access settings. Here, you can toggle on automatic punctuation if you prefer.
