    SPA: Worst Spa ever seen! Looks nice and clean with great Spa offers. As well lots of staff members there. Got a welcome drink and a form to fill out, where you can also point the zones of the body where you would like to concentrate the treatment. However, then nightmare and disappointment started: when you book a treatment - they try to fool you already. 1. Try to sell you more expensive massage and make your option look bad. Example: we book an Indonesian massage (that mentioned pressure points) for 209 Ringgit- try to fool us and say take the whatever signature massage for 80 Ringgit more is better 🤮 2. More expensive more pressure they say - that don’t seem right. 3. they talk their language and treat you bad on purpose. We basically were creamed in oil = massage. No pressure, no massage technique, no pain point checking to spend more time there - nothing just being oily. 4. they talk about YOUR BODY while having a treatment ( have a big Mosquito bite on my back ) and most awful = I UNDERSTAND MALAY and other languages. So don’t sell me for stupid! 5. they also laughed when my husband started breathing heavier while just being tired of traveling. 6. Don’t waste your money there - awful staff! Awful SPA!
    In regards to manicure - they can’t even paint normal nail polish. Not many colours to choose what is OK but how the work is done is terrible. Never seen so poor work that should actually be very simple work. A total waste of time and a total waste of money. A friend that is with us, got the nails “done” as well, at least she tried. Unfortunately the experience was very bad, after the nails being badly made and started coming off a few hours later. She complained and went back the next day - exactly same experience, after being badly painted, it started coming off after a few hours. She gave up, of course and did them herself. When asking for the due reimbursement, they didn’t want to, then they proposed half and finally after speaking with senior staff and managers, we will finally get it reimbursed, I hope it’s true.
