Starting out with Robeats is honestly a good starting point for a person that wants to learn vsrg, but once you start getting into it, switching to cs (or mania) is definitely a better option rather than staying on Robeats
@@ebex638 Robeats isn't a good game to start with. Just a game filled with cheaters, makes it seem too impossible to catch up with someone who has like GP above 300. If you don't want to fail badly, CS doesn't register keys unlike RB. So CS is better.
After a month of playing, I can almost fc a lvl 18 song. I’ve had lots of friends teach me and give me tips. A few of these tips helped out a bit. Thanks!
Tip 1 : Keybinds, take my keybinds for an example, when you use two hands its much easier: E , R , U , I Tip 2: If you can afford ro-beats premium I suggest buying it; you get all the songs for free and you can get a better experience Tip 3: Play the game a lot when I mean *a lot* I mean *a lot* it will help. Tip 4: Don't give up, having a negative attitude will make matters worse and you'll get frustrated I wish you all the best of luck.
I’ve been playing since about March now and I’ve improved but I feel like I could be better. Certain things I have problems with on Robeats are things like a big amount of notes on screen at once or 3 track streams. I actually hate 3 track streams so much along with jack patterns.
Okay so I played this one map that I got an A+ on after like 3 tries and now I've played it 294 times and I can't even get a B anymore, now I know why...thanks for the tip btw
i only started like 2 months, on june, it went from shelter to solar orbit real quick. i can do hard songs up to 26. i have no experience in rhythm games on pc as i have only had mobile at the time and played rhythm games there. as soon as i got my pc i was so excited to play roblox, then i saw some robeats videos (the first one i watched was sign's bad apple) i got inspired to do so and was like "wow! this game is pretty cool." robeats was my first rhythm game i played on pc, osu! was the second one. i practiced everyday. june to august, i found myself improving. i practiced patterns. it's actually no different from mobile if you ask me, cuz your still tapping but on your keyboard so it was actually kinda easy for me to adapt into the game. i cant do particular songs like dark sheep, but im near to fcing bad apple and space battle. that's my story for now, i'll edit this once it gets to 2021 as i will see how much i really improved :)
I’ve been playing for around a week and a half now, my friend totally got me addicted! Thanks for all the tips, I can usually get a B on 18-20 level songs so far, but I feel like this will help a lot! I have a cat and she likes to walk in front of the computer while I’m playing, ahaha.
@@bu2riki Not being able to do decent at a level 5 after that long is below average tbh. But yeah, getting B on 18-20 is impressive for a week, it’s about the score I get and I’ve been playing a while 😅
Osu mania has a 2d layout, I'm really good at mania I play 5 stars an get an a but in robeats everything is different,I play can't play 24 or 25 I can do fc a 20 tho
I've been playing robeats on and off for about a year now, and in the grand scheme of things I'm *decent* at rhythm games- I've managed to perfect all songs in hard mode and a handful of the extreme charts in project diva future tone, I can get full combos in the 6-10 range on groove coaster, that kind of thing. These kinds of games, where you have the 4 (or more) buttons in a piano like layout, I've never been spectacular at those. tonight I just reached pro rank in robeats and the highest level A rank I've ever gotten in a song so far is Akari Has Arrived (easy, not hard. easy is 14.) and I think a full combo may be within reach for that song :D it may not be impressive by robeats standards, but considering just a while back I was struggling to get an A rank on level 8 songs, I'd say I'm doing pretty well and I'm proud of my progress!
ive improved to fcing level 20 - 25s in two weeks and all i can say for now is that all you have to do to be better is play stuff around 4-5 difficulty above your comfort zone. For me i was playing robeats after a week and was sad that i could only fc 7 difficulty. but i saw a comment from another video to tell me to do this and let me tell you, i noticed i was way better in the first day. its been 2 months now and i have fc'd dark sheep. Edit: btw check out osu mania or etterna. im not telling you to switch to those games, but there are many maps in osu mania and etterna which can help you with certain skills such as jacks and streams
Ngl, these are true! I don’t know how but all of the sudden I wanted to play this game again (like 4 days ago when I was watching a horror movie) and ofc I started bad (but not BAD) but all of the sudden I got good, like I only got the Amateur rank in ONE day Gotta say, stay positive and PRACTICE It might not take you like 4 days if it’s the 1st time playing Ro Beats/Rhythm games because I already had some experience but remember, practice always makes the best of you!
Numb 4 should be top priority. A good attitude can help you be persistent. If you do horribly at a song just relax, and enjoy the music. Roberts is a rhythm game, so get familiar with the music. Sometimes, like in bad apple, there are two melodies or ideas going at the same time, take time to dissect these ideas, and try to make sense of what’s going on.

Senbonzakura is the name of zanpakuto of Kuchiki Byakuya in anime Bleach
Just a fun fact
probably the biggest flex in this comment section for no reason
Hmm u played a gay song, but acctually the gayer song is (not)angelic jelly and bad apple it is so gaaaayyy even the creator get a miss when he plays
I played dark sheep 50 times still B :(
@@khaiinh5700 im at F, so be proud
I also recommend warming up and doing stretches before playing to prevent RSI and pain while playing. I've noticed that if I go for a run or something to make my heart beat, then I will often play better rather then just sitting around all day
“It’s because you will lost your courage to do play more”
-Chris gaming, 2019
Happened to me
i followed this tut. last month i would get 60-80% on 5-10 rank songs. now i can get 75-90 on 15-19 songs!
The reason I play this game. Because it's kinda fun. When I was so bored to osu! I discover this game. And it's kinda fun! I'm not rage player.. I'm just playing for fun
I just hate how RoBeats is like 99.99% a gear based game. Since RoBeats take barely any skills. Maybe even none! That's why I kinda hate RoBeats /:
@@theuglythiefgamer2941 same, gear power shouldn't be a thing to begin with
True. And also.. I think I'm good at Robeats now
me having 0 hand eye coordination and only playing monday night monsters 😻💅🏼
Eye coordination is easy lol it’s just reading the notes and pressing fast enough
Im honestly proud because i consider myself a really positive robeats gamer. Like- when i lose or doing bad in a map, i usually just dont care and still have fun xd
I just quit the game and start smashing my keyboard
shoby same like i dont mind
I lost my courage playing ro beats cause of my accuracy improvement never even going up
I use slow notespeed since it feels easier and I don’t have to react as fast to the notes coming at me
gud for you :O
oh lmao
I'm so used to fast ns at this point that it's almost impossible to get used to slow ns.
@@adelicioustaco412 how do you switch to slow ns? how do you change the ms?
@@frankenfurtee2424 i already found out but thanks
Tysm CHRISU. I finally understand why I couldn't play Dark Sheep even though I've tried to play it 40+ times already. It's because I'm forcing myself to play it. I tried playing those level 18-19 songs and I found it difficult to play. No wonder why I don't find it easy to play Dark Sheep. Lol. Now Imma practice playing level 16-19 songs atleast 2 times before hopping onto level 20+ songs
tip: *just vibe to the music, it actually works for me*
I won a match with pros at one of the hardest songs when I'm a noob-
the winning isn't important, the fun is important :)
"How to get good at robeats"
Me: just sits there missing every note and just vibing to the music
Me seeing that u have to practice different patters by different songs
My money:
Not today..
6: Play RoBeats CS because it's all skill based and everything is unlocked and changeable at the get go, enhancing your progression.
Thanks!
Tip 1 : Keybinds, take my keybinds for an example, when you use two hands its much easier:
E , R , U , I
Tip 2: If you can afford ro-beats premium I suggest buying it; you get all the songs for free and you can get a better experience
Tip 3: Play the game a lot when I mean *a lot* I mean *a lot* it will help.
Tip 4: Don't give up, having a negative attitude will make matters worse and you'll get frustrated
I wish you all the best of luck.
the backround music is what i need to practice cuz its te bestttttttttttt
"Dont play the same song too many times"
me who played fresh lots of times:
“Dont play the same song to many times” me playing this one song literally 213 times 💀
10yrs me playing robeats at 5am:
JEZZ!!! I WAS GONNA REACH THE A+
thank you for the tips, now i can do 11-14 difficulty songs
I’ve been playing since about March now and I’ve improved but I feel like I could be better. Certain things I have problems with on Robeats are things like a big amount of notes on screen at once or 3 track streams. I actually hate 3 track streams so much along with jack patterns.
3 track streams and jacks are so freaking horrible ngl..
I only start hating 3 track streams when it starts to get fast (example not in Robeats or the original one it’s in the community server)MANEIRA.xd
I think i have more dificulty at jack patterns and for me its more easy the wave.
Edit: Sorry about my BAD english :/

Okay so I played this one map that I got an A+ on after like 3 tries and now I've played it 294 times and I can't even get a B anymore, now I know why...thanks for the tip btw
Np bro :D
i looked at myself and sighed. even tho i can do good but the background of the video just keeps getting too many "PERFECT" and im jealous.
i only started like 2 months, on june, it went from shelter to solar orbit real quick. i can do hard songs up to 26. i have no experience in rhythm games on pc as i have only had mobile at the time and played rhythm games there. as soon as i got my pc i was so excited to play roblox, then i saw some robeats videos (the first one i watched was sign's bad apple) i got inspired to do so and was like "wow! this game is pretty cool." robeats was my first rhythm game i played on pc, osu! was the second one. i practiced everyday. june to august, i found myself improving. i practiced patterns. it's actually no different from mobile if you ask me, cuz your still tapping but on your keyboard so it was actually kinda easy for me to adapt into the game. i cant do particular songs like dark sheep, but im near to fcing bad apple and space battle. that's my story for now, i'll edit this once it gets to 2021 as i will see how much i really improved :)
ITS BEEN 8 YEARS AND I STILL HAVENT IMPROVED IN RHYTHM GAMES, SOMEONE PLEASE SEND HELP 😭😭
I've played A-E-I-U-E-O ao! More than 70 times
@ELLENA MAJANIL Moe me too
Me going against a person:
Person notes go faster and gets high combo:
...
RAGE QUIT
I want to go back to when the hardest rhythm game was the mini game dance thing in royal high
My rage on ro beats is just an annoyed sigh and a fast smirk on the face

-makes perfect
I literally never even play ro beats and I can do diff 23 and now I’m not even playing a full song then exits the games
how tf can i do this when I literally cant do a level 1 difficulty without missing 5 times ;-;
What diff can you do now?

thanks man, somehow ur video began to make me have more courage instead of raging so i just wanted to thankk you for helping me beat my fav song :)
I’ve been playing for around a week and a half now, my friend totally got me addicted! Thanks for all the tips, I can usually get a B on 18-20 level songs so far, but I feel like this will help a lot!
I have a cat and she likes to walk in front of the computer while I’m playing, ahaha.
How? Im literaly playing half a year and i cant even do 5 :O
@@bu2riki Not being able to do decent at a level 5 after that long is below average tbh. But yeah, getting B on 18-20 is impressive for a week, it’s about the score I get and I’ve been playing a while 😅
2:42 maybe chris is a filipino....
Blade he is lmao
How to improve at RoBeats with 1 step:
Play osu! and osu! mania
Trust me your fingers will die
Osu mania has a 2d layout, I'm really good at mania I play 5 stars an get an a but in robeats everything is different,I play can't play 24 or 25 I can do fc a 20 tho
Sorry miss, i play muse dash, amd robeats
I've been playing robeats on and off for about a year now, and in the grand scheme of things I'm *decent* at rhythm games- I've managed to perfect all songs in hard mode and a handful of the extreme charts in project diva future tone, I can get full combos in the 6-10 range on groove coaster, that kind of thing. These kinds of games, where you have the 4 (or more) buttons in a piano like layout, I've never been spectacular at those.
tonight I just reached pro rank in robeats and the highest level A rank I've ever gotten in a song so far is Akari Has Arrived (easy, not hard. easy is 14.) and I think a full combo may be within reach for that song :D it may not be impressive by robeats standards, but considering just a while back I was struggling to get an A rank on level 8 songs, I'd say I'm doing pretty well and I'm proud of my progress!
tysm, i watch this vids 3month ago (the first time i play robeat) i can now no miss thanks for being lifeless [miku] hard !
Congrats dude and you're welcome
I lost it when you started speaking Tagalog 😂 Love the video!
aw i luv this video, it sticks out from the other "ways to improve ___" thank you! ;D
Helped alot, i was really bad but now im getting better slowly
not me that played 36 times space battle on normal just to get it to A
Winning the game isn't about knowing the game.
It's about loving the game.
When i get cheered it gives me encouragement lol
ive improved to fcing level 20 - 25s in two weeks and all i can say for now is that all you have to do to be better is play stuff around 4-5 difficulty above your comfort zone.
Noice congratz
i must say robeats is one of the hardest game i have ever play but thx for your tips hopefully ill be good at it someday :)
Practice makes perfect. I usually don’t watch tutorials and just try to learn myself. That makes me improve :)
One of my main problems is that one of my fingers starts to touch the screen uncontrollably fast when theres too many notes
this helped me so much! before i could only play difficulty 10 songs, but now i could do difficulty 22 songs
wow thanks i remembered the patterns and i got an 0 miss and all perfect this is really because of you thxx
I'm new to robeats and this helped me a lot. thanks chrisu gaming :)
Me, who has never played RoBeats before and now has to get a C or better on a level 16: *Guess I'll die*
Me choking because I took my mind off the game for 1 second:
0:50
Which song is this?
Ngl, these are true!
I don’t know how but all of the sudden I wanted to play this game again (like 4 days ago when I was watching a horror movie) and ofc I started bad (but not BAD) but all of the sudden I got good, like I only got the Amateur rank in ONE day
Gotta say, stay positive and PRACTICE
It might not take you like 4 days if it’s the 1st time playing Ro Beats/Rhythm games because I already had some experience but remember, practice always makes the best of you!
Tysm!! It really helped me get better when I was doing a hard one like Bad Apple and I put my ms to 60 and it really helped tysmmmmm!
Np dude
yes, stay healthy and do beaks! Whenever i'm getting tired i start messing up everywhere, even on the easy parts.
this helped a lot, thanks chrisu
Thanks for the Video!! ^^ very helpful
Thank you Chris I’m trying to improve little by little yesterday I played a new song (even tho its difficulty 3) I did it first try :)
Good job!
Thia video change me so much! 🥺💕
OMG I THINK I SAW U IN A SERVER! I remember seeing u play and I was like ‘this person is a true god’
This video helped a lot, I’m really good at the game then before
